Nice place..stayed last year and liked it enough to return again

The patio and outdoor area was so relaxing and where we spent the majority of our time. Such a beautiful home!

Property was in a great location and house is well stocked. Everything we were there to do was less than 10 miles from the house.

Me and my bridesmaids staid here the night before my wedding. It was a great place to relax the night before with the heated pool and it was plenty spacious for all of us to get ready the day of!

I would definitely stay here again. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living room is spacious enough for five people. The dining room comfortably seats six. There is a good setup for remote working. We could watch the spring storms rolling into the area due to the nice view. The location is just around the corner from our family so perfect for us. A few items to be aware of if renting this property. We didn't receive the check in instructions until after 5 pacific time the day before we were to check in. That caused a bit of stress as we hadn't heard from the property owner and wanted to make sure we had a place to stay the next day. We didn't find any instructions in the property. There were brochures about things to do in the area, but nothing about putting out the trash or how to handle linens. We contacted the property owner early in the morning of the day before we were to check out to ask for check out instructions. We did not hear back. I would have liked a bit better responsiveness. The property itself is older. The dishwasher has seen a better day. The lower shelf doesn't roll in or out smoothly. There is a hole in the silverware holder that caused silverware to fall out into the machine. And the dishes didn't always get cleaned. As a matter of fact, there were a few dirty dishes that we discovered on the shelves that probably just didn't get fully clean in the dishwasher. The pots and pans are older too. We ended up buying some plastic cups since we found shot glasses, wine glasses and beer steins, but not many drinking glasses. All in all, a few little irritants, but otherwise a beautiful property that is definitely worth the renting.

We needed lodging in a hurry for our family of 5 because we were attending a funeral. We were so lucky to find this house. It was SO much better than a hotel. Nice size rooms, very clean, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, great kitchen. Very easy to communicate with owner. We hope to stay there again on a less stressful occasion. We would really enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool.

A delightful clean lovely home. Plenty of space great beds, terrific kitchen and a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. We wished we could get in the pool but it was closed. The host sent all information needed for easy entry and wifi Great location to shopping and about 1 1/2 hours to Chaco Canyon...must have 4 wheel to make the trip We loved our stay!

Location was easy, the back yard was great. Lots to do if you have kids or guests. The deck is great to watch New Mexico sunsets. We enjoyed our time at this wonderful home.

The views alone are enouigh to rent this place again, but the propery is beyond amazing and Lyndsie is such a gracious host! Highly recommend!

Great experience and had some quality family time.

This home was a great place to stay for our family. The back porch, pool, yard, and trampoline were amazing. The home was clean and comfortable. The home is not new and there were some minor issues with lights not working, a stubborn locking mechanism, and a broken recliner cord. We also had fire alarms go off once due to a battery needing to be replaced, but this was quickly resolved. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we get an opportunity. Thanks to our hosts, who were very responsive during the alarm scare!

This was a great house for a girls weekend. We loved the back patio and pool.

This rental had everything you could want to make you feel at home. I truly felt like this was a second home rather than a rental property. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying a great view. The house was clean, cozy and had all the amenities of a fine hotel. I hope to return again and again!

My four children, their families and I were here for their father’s funeral. We are spread across the country as my children have moved away and are serving in the US Airforce in Maryland, Illinois and Nebraska. This nice house served us very well as a place to return to and recover from the days activities. It was good to have time to just relax and share stores about their dad and comfort each other in this time of grief. The house is comfortable and there was even a warm day when we were able to sit on the deck and use the gas grill. Lovely view from back deck.

This was a great rental experience for us. Our family of 5 loved the house and yard. Everything is extremely well outfitted and sparkling clean. Location is super central and easy. The owner was cooperative and supported our date change. Overall, we have no reason to look to stay elsewhere when we visit Farmington. This property is as good as it gets.
