Location is great, the beach is just in front. A mini market is available 2 mins walk, many restaurants and bars in the area. We booked a room without sea view, but the host made us a surprise and gave us a room with sea view at no extra cost. Balcony is wide, from it you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Also, breakfast was delicious.

Very good location on the beach. It's great to wake up early, swim in the morning before breakfast, and get energy for the rest of the day. Very close to the water taxi station and other public transport services. Great and welcoming service. Amazing attentive and caring staff. Clean rooms with plenty of space and gorgeous views. Great location. Beautiful bar with a sea view. Delicious breakfast. Thank you Ibrahim bey & team. Can’t wait to come back!

"Black hole" on the map of hospitable Turkey. We love Turkey very much, we came here several times, stayed in different cities and hotels and liked everything very much. But this Berlin hotel turned out to be the worst I have ever seen in my life. With a good location (close to the beach and water taxi station), the quality of the hotel is simply disgusting: broken furniture, plumbing and an absolutely inadequate manager. I have never seen anything like this before: the insanely greedy and petty manager Ibrahim (he says that he can be called IBO) after checking in and paying, demanded to pay more money, 100 lire, allegedly for some exchange rate difference. At night, after checking in, he shouted like a tradeswoman in the bazaar, hysterical, evicted from the room (which was fully paid) and, juggling that he would be evicted from the hotel, moved to another room. I have never seen such a scandalous, petty and hysterical manager. Despite the fact that the hotel staff is sincerely trying, there will definitely not be good development with such a leader. Better choose another hotel nearby.

Room cleaning service was not good: floor was full of dust and no vacuum cleaning during our 7 days stay.

1)when we arrived (correct check in time) we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. nevertheless, when we went to the room we saw it hadn’t been properly cleaned, so we ask the lady to clean it again.. and then it was still dirty in our opinion..
2) the shower has no door or tent so the water goes all over the bathroom at every shower, and it ends up to be dirty pretty soon
3) no cleaning during our 2 nights stay
4) a lot of noise coming from other one’s showers
5) ‘fun fact’: I was having breakfast and I wanted to refill my 0.5 lt bottle of water, the man said I couldn’t take the water. I repeat: water.
Honestly, we travelled all around Turkey using hostels and everything was ok. this is supposed to be an hotel but I don’t think they know what it should mean. this place has great potential but the attitude of the staff is just not we expected.

Amazing location, right on Calic beach. Easily reachable by mini buses from Fethiya. We also enjoyed the Turkish Breakfast spread each morning.
The WC does not have a separate shower cubicle. As a result it remained wet for most of the day. The toiletries were provided only on the first day of checking in.
The check-out process left a bad taste. We had a late evening flight from Dalaman Airport and had requested the owner to keep our luggage with them after the checkout at 11:00 AM. To our surprise, the receptionist started asking us for money to keep the luggage at their end. That left a poor impression of the hotel and could have been easily avoided.

The hotel was just perfect. Nilay at the reception was so kind to make sure everything was fine with our stay. She even offered a free upgrade of our room without me asking for it. Everything was well taken care of. The breakfast was so delicious and varied. In terms of value and quality, it was simply wow. I will definitely go back there next time I'll be in Fethiye ❤

Location,room size, view from balcony are superb. This hotel is actually on Chalice Beach. The Fathiye harbour is about 20 mins drive away. The road in front of the beach has a lot of restaurants and is pretty happening. The beach is right across the road from the hotel. Worth the money.

Very hospitality family hotel with helpful always staff, Excellent location, Great breakfast from owners personally and perfect Calis plaj. Very pozitive, interesting and energetic evenings 👌 near hotel! Latino dancers in beach club! Close walking 5 minutes to bus-station to Fethie otogar! Also I have been upgraded room with sea panorama! Thank you for serving! Very strictly recommended to visit this hotel!
