House was solid. Ease check in, check out. Parking was a little strange with random cars parked in interesting locations. Fairly quiet neighborhood, bad first impression with trash all over the grounds upon arrival. However picked up the next day. Overall good trip for my family.

This was a lovely stay for our family of 6. Property was clean, the area was quiet, and it was exactly what we needed.
Just one heads for those that haven’t been to Glenwood before, this location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and about a 10-15 minute drive from the hot springs and downtown Glenwood. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Thanks!

We used this as a place our family and some friends could call home for a long weekend. We were close enough to enjoy everything Glenwood had to offer but far enough away from the pool to not get choked out by the sulfur!

Wonderful home!! My three girlfriends and I came up to Glenwood Springs for my bachelorette party. This property is amazing, so close to everything but also far enough away from big crowds. Love the large couch, great for our movie and cocktail night!

Everything was as advertised and clean. Directions for check in/out were very detailed and clear. Beds were softer than most Vrbo's we've stayed at. Everything in Glenwood Springs is within a short drive, it's a small town. Really appreciated having 3-4 parking spots, a well stocked kitchen of utensils, and easy check in/out process. Would stay here again.

This worked well for our family of 4. Great communication with property management team. Very clean, no funny smells. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedrooms carpeted and cozy. Quiet location, never head anything. Basic paper products appreciated and very basic kitchen without an ice maker or garbage disposal, but we did a little bit of cooking.

Loved the neighborhood, exterior and interior decor, & comfort. Had difficulty with lockboxes. Our family is very OCD cleanliness is hard to impress with this group! Some felt beds maybe didn’t get changed between guests?? Ran low on paper products requiring a stop for additional TP. Overall positive experience! Thanks!!

We were fine but stairs are a little steep if you have knee problems. The outside patio was great and we sat back there one night. I got a quick response when I had a question from the owner

Place wasn’t bad; however, without a gutter on the front of the house, the front steps were covered in ice and the were many large icicles hanging down just above the front door. We also needed to use the bunk bed for our youngest and the ladder to the top bunk wasn’t attached to the bed. Bring a water filter with you if you need non tap water. Taking out the trash and doing the dishes isn’t hard but after such a hefty cleaning fee, I didn’t see it necessary.

Property was exactly as it was exactly the way it is in the pictures. I would recommend putting more outside lights on the house that stay on all the time. We found it very dark in the back and front and when ew turned the light on it would shut itself off after a few minutes which left the house completely dark on the outside. The front door has a window and when it is dark it is kind of creepy. Also beware there are deer and there was a bear around when we were there. Both scared the living crap out of us.
Only one bathroom to shower with 3 women so that was kind of a pain. But overall it was fine.

Glenwood Springs Townhouse
We loved the property and it was furnished perfectly for up to 8 people. The kitchen had all the utensils and amenities a family needed to cook and eat in. I loved the bench Table! The Property manager responded to a problem with the stove the same day and fixed the Burner issue. It does not have a Mt view which wasn't in the listing but we didn't care because it was perfect for out needs. I would stay there again!

Cute, very clean place on the western side of Glenwood springs. The code for the key pad didn't work at check in. I had to call the management company.
The kitchen definitely needs some help. Very limited cooking items ( missing spatula, tongs, only 1 frying pan but plenty of cups/glasses). There was also an issue when using the oven and stove. It kept tripping the Circuit and took twice as long for our food to cook.
Otherwise it was very clean and suited our needs for the quick trip there.
