The home is lovely. They owners went out of their way to help us find a way to charge our Tesla. Above and beyond.

This house was perfect for our group of six adults attending an event at State Farm stadium. The stadium is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the house and we spent much of our time enjoying the pool and large gathering areas. Although we did not have children with us, the house was well equipped for small children and would be perfect for a family. It was very clean and the check-in process was easy.

This home was wonderful. There was a lot of thought about the ambiance in the decor choices, and it was had a fully equipped kitchen with great basics to work with (oil/spices) that some other homes don’t have. The pool/ backyard space was lovely, and the weather ended up cooperating super well being unseasonably cool to allow the kids to play in the backyard. They had tailgating essentials available for use, as well as and awesome outdoor sports watching space. Plenty of space for us and our 8 kids to spread out. We brought a cot, but didn’t have to use it if I had found the trundle in one of the rooms. All the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables! It is located within 2 miles of Cardinals stadium and if we had known/our kids were a bit older, we totally could have walked to and from the game instead of paying for parking. We ran into no problems during our stay, but our host was very friendly, and I’m sure if we did they would have responded and helped as needed. Only very minor complaint was that they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner or soap in the showers, and their tissues and toilet paper were super scratchy. But the toiletries were something I should have packed, and we could deal with the paper products for a couple days. 100% would stay here again!

We decided to rent this home instead of a hotel so we didn’t have to deal with the pool hours and crowds. We had two nights worth of Diamondback tickets and the location wasn’t too bad of a drive to the field. We actually ended up leaving the second game early so we could go back to the house to enjoy the pool. Booking the home was easy as was checkin and overall communication with the host. The host was extremely accommodating and we appreciated that especially on our check out day. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. The house had everything we needed for laundry and to do the dishes after cooking. The only thing that my friends brought up that could be added to their arsenal of supplies would be bug spray for outside because the bugs and mosquitoes did get a little crazy at night. My husband says he would’ve like to have parked in the garage to have peace of mind that it was secure, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The misting system was amazing for when we sat outside watching the kids play. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a lot of fun. We will definitely rent again and maybe next time as an adult weekend as the location is super close to Westgate.

We were seeing George Strait at Sate Farm and this was the perfect location for the concert and provided a great place for a girls weekend!

Great familiar spot, the backyard entertained the littles for hours. The living room and kitchen were spacious for family hang outs. Perfect place.

This home was perfect for everyone in the family! The pool was perfect, the kids had a blast on the playground and enjoyed the football & ping pong table. Plenty of board games, complimentary coffee amenities and loved cooking breakfast on the Blackstone! Can't wait to go back! Perfect clean home!

We had a fantastic time at this awesome house! The pool was heated so well that our kids were able to enjoy hours of swimming even when the weather was 50 degrees and rainy. The inside of the house provided lots of fun as well (ping pong and foosball) and everything was provided for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This place was great for us 6 adults, 4 small kids. Large living room/rec/kitchen. Pool and outdoor space was perfect with kids. Nice personal touches with free coffee, creamer, extra ice, plenty of towels/pillows. Great communication as well.

We spent a bit of time browsing Phoenix area properties for a family and friends of 7. What attracted us to this property was: 1: Heated Pool included (not extra fee) 2: outdoor yard for football catches and cornhole. 3. Extremely large sectional in front of TV for gathering inside. 4. Indoor ping pong and foosball. 5. Proximity to shops and restaurants. The house was a perfect size for sleeping 7 without having to use of the sofa bed. The hosts are very responsive to communications. The House is the amenities you need. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome outdoor HEATED pool! The house was very clean. This large house has comfortable beds and a great layout to suit your whole family. The hosts responded quickly to questions and even let us check in 5 hours early. We would definitely stay here again!

Not a stranger to VRBO but these hosts were incredibly accommodating for me and my family. We had awesome communication. The house is as it seems in the pictures... wonderful. Close the State Farm Arena and Shopping this is an ideal location. Quiet neighborhood with park in walking distance Loved the house...the homeowners and the process. You won't be disappointed

This place was fantastic. It was super roomy and was excellent for our family. They had thought of so many things that travelers need - all the bedding, towels, pool toys, heaters outside (that was awesome), super good grill, all the fun stuff. Our kids had so much fun! We felt really comfortable, the place was super clean, all the amenities and the hosts were super great to work with and gave great customer service and communication. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this place and plan on renting again! Also, my kids LOVED the pool - when they say heated pool, they meant it! Dead of winter and my whole family got to enjoy swimming all day because it was really well heated. It wasn’t kind of warm, it was a legit heated pool and that made all the difference for hours of swimming rather than just a little bit before kids couldn’t handle it any more. I can’t say enough of this place. So much fun.

House was great for our stay, in town for a football game, location was perfect within easy proximity of the stadium and surrounding activities. The Kids enjoyed the pool and the Ping Pong table. thanks for sharing your home with us.

We stayed at this property for 8 days at the end of November. The house was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. The owner is very prompt with his responses. The pictures on the listing are fine, but the home is so much better in person! The kitchen and linen closets are stocked with whatever you need, including sunscreen and coffee! The pool was clean and heated. I’ve rented several houses in Arizona and it was probably the only pool, outside of a hotel, that was truly heated to a comfortable swimming temperature. And there was no additional cost to heat the pool! The Blackstone grill was fun for a hibachi night and the kids enjoyed making s’mores and having a bon fire. Location is close to everything! Nice park at the entrance to the subdivision and Westgate and State Farm Stadium are very close as well. Neighborhood felt safe and it was very quiet. Overall, I was impressed with the property and we enjoyed our stay there. I’d definitely stay there again.

We are all locals from Arizona but needed a place to stay near a concert venue. This home was beautiful and had more than we needed for a weekend away. The hosts were very responsive when we asked questions or needed anything.

My husband has been trying to talk me into a temperpedic mattress for a few years and if we hadn't just bought a new mattress set a year ago we would go out and buy one. Everyone loved the pool especially our grandsons, they had plenty to do between that and the play set. The play set was especially great for our 1 yr old grandson and the addition of the spray on both the play set and the patio made it comfortable enough most days to enjoy being outside. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and definitely rent it again.

This was a awesome VRBO and definitely exceeded our expectations. It allowed us a large place to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. I had family coming from Seattle, Irvine, CA, and my family from Atlanta. The host, Christopher was great in keeping in touch and allowed us an early check in. I would definitely choose this rental again.

This property was perfect for our group. We had two families visiting an elderly relative who lives in the area. One family had small kids and one family had an 18-year-old. The house is spacious enough for our elderly member to get around using a walker. There was enough entertainment for the teen and the little kids. With the pool fenced separately, it was safe even with the little ones. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

The owner was absolutely kind & generous. We arrived earlier than expected and our 3 kiddos were super antsy from the long trip. I messaged the owner and he was so understanding to let us check in earlier than check in time, we sincerely appreciated that! I look forward to visiting this home again! 10 stars!

Very clean, Beautiful home! Pictures don’t do this house justice! Spacious, open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone! The bedrooms are oversized and super cozy and comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen. We traveled with 3 young kiddos (6,4, & 1) and the outdoor, fenced in space was perfect! Within walking distance or short drive to plenty of parks and other attractions! The host was very responsive and answered questions prior to booking and prior to our arrival! Would definitely book this House again!
