Our family of 14 stayed, grandparents, siblings, grandkids. What a wonderful home with plenty of room. Everything was wonderful and such a convenient location!

The property and location were top notch. All expectations met or exceeded. I would highly recommend the property and hosts.

The house was so clean, close to beach and boardwalk! Perfect!!!

Very nice unit. Lots of steps. Clean. Roof deck has pigeon problems, probably like others in the area! Lots of cushions to take in and out every night. Has basic supplies you might forget from home but Acme is close across the field. Lots of nice beach chairs and umbrellas there. A note, the frig needs filters, per lighted reminder on door. Huge kitchen since and no stopper made it difficult to wash any dishes by hand.There was enough or more propane for one use of hamburgers and dogs, and another tank there. We moved grill use out to sidewalk as instructed but house two doors away toward stop sign used it right outside the garage door! House on end toward stop sign still blasting bass music til 11:30 at night, vibrating the windows even though quiet time was after 11 pm. Tenants to left, toward ocean, were very friendly during their stay. Microwave oven high up for short people! Seaside beach policy closed after 8 pm very strict due to young adult behavior, not your house responsibility. Numbered parking spots for fee everywhere, no free parking even to patronize local restaurants or businesses. Long time since we were there last. Ferris wheel fantastic. 4th of July parking went as high as $50 everywhere for the day. We left late Saturday afternoon because of concern to be out by 10 am Sunday and forcasted weather on Sunday. Overall, the price for the week was a lot but not out of the ordinary for the Jersey shore anymore. Nice place, nice owner with quick response.

We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful townhouse in Seaside Heights and it was beyond perfect for our family! Clean, fully stocked and comfortable beds. Michelle was amazing and the communication was great! We Would not hesitate to stay again at this amazing Seaside Heights beach house! Thank you for opening up your house to us and making our beach vacation complete!

This house is wonderfully spacious and within walking distance of the boardwalk and a grocery and liquor store. We visited in the off season, so we were able to spend most of the time relaxing in the hot tub and cooking in the large kitchen. The open sitting area was perfect for a relaxed birthday celebration with a few adults. On site washer and dryer was definitely a bonus, beds were so large and comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Our stay was excellent. We had a group of 8 adults with plenty of room to spread out and have privacy as needed. The 4 bathrooms are a HUGE plus (there is one on every floor). Just a short 5-10min walk for groceries, liquor/beer and wine + everything the boardwalk has to offer. So much fun and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!! A+++

I highly recommend renting Michelle’s home with your family if you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious home near the ocean. There is so much room and space for a large family to share and the kitchen is well stocked. The house is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as the water park and many great restaurants. We loved being in walking distance to everything we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach along with being able to relax on the roof top deck. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, modern beach house, this location is ideal!

The house and location were ideal. Right at the end of the Pier so you could enjoy all the boardwalk fun without all the noise! The house had everything we needed and having the beach passes was a great feature.

The house is nicely appointed and well maintained. We liked sitting on the rooftop deck and the balconies. The house is two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Seaside. The house was exactly how it's described with very nice furnishings. The owner Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. We identified an issue with on one of the pullout couches and Michelle and her husband delivered and assembled another bed in a matter of 2 hours ! Highly recommend the house if Seaside Heights is the vibe you are looking for.

Short walk to beach, boardwalk and other attractions. Deck top great for viewing weekly fireworks in Seaside. Wonderful balconies. House beautifully appointed. Linen service was a nice touch. Beach badges, beach chairs, etc. were great bonuses. 5 parking spaces are icing on cake.

Rented this property last minute for a short family get away. The location was ideal for walking. supermarket and CVS very close by as well. Home was beautifully done and had everything we needed to feel at home. Will look to rent this property for future getaways.

We loved the property it was perfect! Michele is fantastic and very receptive. We left behind some basketballs the boys won on the boardwalk and some drinks in the garage fridge. Apologies about the left over trash with pick up on Monday we still had some trash to dump prior to departure. Thanks again!!

Absolutely a gem. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, plenty of parking, and comfortable, spacious accommodations. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and we hope to return someday.

We were looking for a quiet get-away over Thanksgiving and came across this beautiful home, just two short blocks from the beach. The location was perfect. Easy access to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. My family would highly recommend this property for a family retreat.

My siblings and I wanted to rent a home close to my parents so we could celebrate their 91st and 88th birthdays and this home certainly fit the bill. We got to spend afternoons with them, plus enjoy everything the shore had to offer since we were so close to the beach and boardwalk. The home is stunning, there is so much room to stretch out and the rooftop deck and hot tub were an amazing way to unwind. The four siblings are scattering back to our respective home states today, but have already decided that we’d love to do this again next year ❤️

I recently rented this property for a group of 13 women celebrating a bride to be—adult style 😊. We had an amazing stay. House was fully stocked, very well kept. renters were extremely responsive and helpful and the space was beautiful. The rooftop deck was a great addition. Highly recommend this gem that is only about a two block walk to the beach! You won’t be disappointed.
