This property definitely deserves all of the 5 stars. The property is very well maintained and top notch. We took 3 kids ages 9-1 and it was great. The two oldest loved the arcade table and being able to have their own separate bedrooms upstairs. We experienced at least 6 inches of snow while there due to a winter storm passing through. The hill on the side of the house is perfect for sledding down and the views of the mountains just can’t be beat. The community felt very safe to us and we saw security patrolling which gives a good piece mind. Everything about the cabin seems up to date and makes the stay even cozier. Like the heated bathroom floors, when it was 19 degrees one morning those 80 degree floors were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at northern dream and we would book again in a heartbeat! The host was also very easy to get in touch and was very pleasant. Thank you for a great vacation!

This cabin was beautiful and felt so homey! We absolutely loved it and even got to see three bears while we were there! The view is AMAZING!

We had the best time at this cabin! It was beautiful and had plenty of space for our friend group! It was super clean and well maintained and made the perfect space for a weekend getaway!

The cabin was just as pictured. Very nice and homey. The view was great. Unfortunately we didn’t see any bear. The neighbors had loud trucks/cars that was annoying but you can’t do anything about that. Neighbors are close but you don’t see them which is nice. The road to the cabin has sharp turns with a slightly narrow road but we never had any trouble. It was further from downtown Gatlinburg than I expected but it was nice to get away from the traffic. I would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Relaxing, cozy and beautiful view from the deck. We even had a young visitor 2 days in a row 🐻 Wish we could have stayed longer. All you need is groceries, kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and everything else needed. We did go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to explore.

Very nice house with great views, great location to all things around.

We have stayed at half a dozen cabins in Cobbly Nob throughout the years. This cabin, by far, was the best we have stayed at. Everything was very highly quality. The cleanliness was exceptional. Everything had clear instructions and made adjustment to a new environment very easy. We interfaced with Robert several times throughout our stay and he was always courteous and helpful. Our family agrees, next time we go to Cobbly Nob we will rent this cabin again!

Not only was the stay great the renter was amazing

Very pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find and the drive up the Mt. wasn’t bad. House was a nice as advertised. View was spectacular. Only issue I had was the way in and out of the driveway. But minor for the most part. And the only issue in the house which was minor as well was all the thresholds were raised and my 70 year old mother in law had tripping issues on them.

This is truly a wonderful cabin in our preferred location. Close enough to everything but still away from the crowd. Amazing views from the cabin. We will definitely return.

Our family of six stayed in this lovely cabin over Memorial day weekend. The cabin is very clean, cozy and has just about anything you would want to make you stay easy and memorable! We only wished that we had shared longer!

Fantastic property, well kept, very clean, in fact this is probably the absolute highest quality property we every stayed at through VRBO. It was exactly what we needed for a short week of R&R. Beautiful views away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will be back!

Beautiful relaxing view, saw bears a couple times along the road. Lovely cabin only drawback, loft bedrooms have no doors, only curtains that can be drawn.

The cabin was wonderful! Probably the best cabin we have stayed at in the Smoky Mountains. The views were spectacular. We were lucky to see bears throughout our stay, which was really neat. We will definitely be back!

This cabin is so cozy. The property is even more beautiful in person. The view was incredible and the cabin was well stocked for our needs. We actually spent a lot of time in the cabin. We cooked several meals at home and finished the evening playing board games that were stocked in the cabin. Between 6-7 every night, we witnessed bears walking past the cabin. One night it was a Mama Bear and 2 cubs. The master bathroom is amazing and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the arcade machine. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Best family vacation ever.

A beautiful property that was perfect for our family of 5! The cabin was lovely, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the spacious deck were breathtaking! The location was close to the Greenbrier entrance of Great Smoky Mtn National Park-lovely hiking on the Porters Creek Trail. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this tops the list!

Love the cabin - wish we had more time there

This was our 2nd time staying here. Beautiful, clean cabin. Stunning views from the back porch. We saw a family of bears on 2 occasions which was really fun to see! Close to some great hiking!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Northern Dream. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. It is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and the cleanliness was top notch. The welcome book was appreciated and helpful. Thank you for a great Gatlinburg family vacation.

The craftsmanship of this cabin is simply amazing, early in the week we opened the windows to 75 degree weather and beautiful mountain views and enjoyed the wind in the trees. We received a beautiful gift on the last day and woke up to 5 inches of snow. It was the most peaceful week we have had in a long time. Highly recommend!

This cabin was perfect for needing three separate sleeping areas. There is a loft bedroom upstairs that is out in the open but can be closed off by a curtain. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this cabin was super clean. The property owner is easy to talk to via texting and the check in process was even better. Just text them when you are close and they give you the lock box key number and bam you’re set. They have tons of games under the tv to play that look brand new and some actually were. They have a grill you can use and the view is amazing.

We can for valentines weekend, and it was an excellent stay! Super clean and great views! Definitely will recommend.
