We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our family to gather and play games. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms and quiet 2nd floor aparttment. Hosts are amazing! This is our second time staying with Jerry & Natasha as our host! Thanks-Sharla

My family and I were looking for somewhere close to the hospital, this was a great location. Less than a 5 minute drive away and super easy drive. Property was immaculate and very well maintained inside and out, with all the essentials you need. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Parking was great! A few other places i had looked at did not have parking available. I will definitely book again if i ever have to be close to the hospital.

Very clean and nice place to stay

We were in town to dropped our child off at Gonzaga. This was a great place to stay and made it easy to get around. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Loved having the full size washer/dryer. Great communication with the manager. Only bit of constructive feedback is that the unit didn't have the best TV signal but honestly we weren't really there enough to have it be an issue. Would absolutely go back.

The apartment was fantastic and the service from the owners went above and beyond the call of duty. The area has some very nice restaurants not to far away from the apartment. My family and I really enjoy our stay.

We were in town for a family reunion. The place was clean and comfortable and easy access to freeways. We enjoyed walking to the Perry district for morning coffee. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating.

My spouse and I were pleased to stay here for our 10 year anniversary. The place is very cute and cozy. I was concerned with how close we were to the highway however we only heard one car over four days. Their cleaner did miss one thing but once i reached out to Jerry and Natasha they were on it to get it taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable stay while passing through Spokane. Had nice amenities and felt very safe. Good location for getting on the road in the morning!

We had a great time here! It was very clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Very convenient to get to downtown. It took us a while to figure out the central AC but that was quickly resolved after talking with the hosts. Would stay here again!

This property was exactly what we needed in a place to stay. The location was great, easy access to medical facilities, which is why we were in town. The kitchen was fully stocked, the size was great, and Jerry and Natasha sere super responsive!

Immaculate place! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have rented from the hosts several times and they are always responsive if you have a question. Our keypad to door didn’t work and they responded within a minute to a message and we got right in. We stay in Spokane often and now only search for their rentals as we have stayed in several and all of them have been extremely comfortable and clean. This apartment is easy access to get downtown fast. Highly recommend and we will stay again when in Spokane.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to cook in the full kitchen. 2 separate bedrooms and baths made this property a much better option than a hotel (and at a valuable price!) Would stay again.

This apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. There is some traffic noise from I-90, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, but other than that very comfortable.

Our stay was just what we needed while in Spokane for medical appointments. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts communicated with us in a timely manor. We will definitely stay there again! Veronda

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and was in perfect shape when we arrived. We were 4 adults, needing 3 beds. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed, and then some. My sister slept on the pull-out couch and thought it was comfortable as well. Jerry and Natasha were very communicative and responded immediately when we had a few questions. We couldn’t find the extra bedding for the pull out couch, and they brought some to us within a half hour of being in touch with them. Everything about the place was perfect for our stay - including the proximity to downtown and relatives we were visiting. I highly recommend renting from Jerry and Natasha and will rent from them again if we find ourselves in need of a place when we’re visiting Spokane against. Thanks for an easy and comfortable stay!

This property is very clean and we enjoyed are stay here. We had a one and two year old and this is a very toddler friendly place. It also has a high chair and pack and play if needed.
