This was a sizeable apartment and was great for our family. It was clean and well laid out. Check in was incredibly easy and the hosts were responsive. Our family enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay in this extremely clean unit. Appreciated all of the proactive communication from Jerry and Natasha - really added a personal touch. Our youngest is in a wheelchair and the unit is extremely accessible, easy to get from the ramp van parking spot right inside with no steps or barriers. Loved the simplistic yet well done furnishings and decor. A/C worked great (it was 95+ degrees all weekend) and our two teens were comfy in the spare room and on the pull out sofa. We expect our son will be attending college in Spokane so we are thrilled to have found an accessible place that works well for our family. Thank you!!

This is a nice place to stay, bottom floor and easy parking. Home is very clean, cute and updated inside. All new! Good location to get to everything and easy access. Will be staying here next time I come to town for sure!

We arrived about an hour early & the host was very gracious to allow us to check in a bit early. The property was very clean & spacious, the large kitchen was great for making food or drinks & not bumping into each other, great location for Spokane arena & restaurants or anything else downtown. This is also in a cute neighborhood that has great eating spots of its own, as well as quick access to the freeway. The place came well stocked with necessities such as cooking oil, paper towels & laundry pods & even sanitizing wipes, would recommend only one small thing, maybe some bedroom curtains to keep out the bright sun for those who are sensitive to light while sleeping. Overall very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful apartment! Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place is clean and roomy. We had family stop by to visit and there was lots of room for everyone. It's centrally located too, so there's easy access to freeways. The management was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartments were great, (we rented 2) the hosts were very helpful. It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Yes, the property was wonderful; however, we are not used to apartment living. We needed the ground floor for 93-year-old dad and didn't expect to hear the thumping above us grow louder as the night grew later. (Perhaps children jumping off bunk beds?) Early morning running up and down stairs (6:00 AM) was obnoxious as well. Again, we are not used to apartment living so that experience was unexpected.

We visit Spokane frequently and have stayed here frequently. Always great. Clean. Fantastic communication with Jerry and Natasha. Great value.

Quiet and clean. Property is modern and well designed. Easy access. Parking is a bit sparse (if you arrive later in the evening like we did). Everything was comfortable and felt like home. Great for a family or a couple of friends.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Spokane. We had several events while in town and everything was less than 15 minutes away. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Spokane.

Jerry and Natasha were amazing hosts! They were very warm and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. They were spot on with their description - clean, cozy and comfortable and the pictures did justice but seeing is believing. The location was also close to downtown / places of interest. Parking wasnt a hassle either. Definately a must stay again!

Very nice

This apartment worked perfectly for me and my adult daughter. The unit is completely remodeled and everything is new. It was very comfortable down to the smallest detail, like coffee, creamer and Kleenex. Every room had its own thermostat and throw blankets. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment building was very nice and well lit. There is some construction and a boarded house behind, but also a view of the mountains if you look from the balcony. I enjoyed sitting outside and drinking my coffee.

Clean, beautiful layout. We needed the kitchen for a school baking project and it worked like a dream. The location to the Spokane hospital complex would also make this ideal for a family visiting for proceedures.

Easy to access property, very clean and roomy. There is some road noise, not terrible though because of the location next to freeway it’s there. Hosts were helpful and accommodating.

The hosts and property were great! I appreciate the supplies to keep the apartment clean and orderly. Our family enjoyed the comfortable space to play games and cook family meals.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very responsive when we communicated with them giving us links for places to take our kids to get out of the heat. We were quite comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Spokane!

Our family comes to Spokane each summer for a big baseball tournament for our son. We have stayed in hotels but have found that a home is more comfortable and convenient. Often times that means crossing your fingers that things are clean, as described, and that if you have a question or need that the host is available. Our stay here was great. Extremely clean home that is all new inside. There were enough basics that we could cook and clean easily during our stay. We didn’t have any issues with anything but our hosts made sure to communicate a nice welcome message with home Info and also checked in the first morning to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay near downtown. A couple of notes. This is a small apartment complex. We did not have any issues with nose or anything else and while there was limited parking, we were able to park in the lot every night. This apartment is right above I-90. The apartment was quiet but while we did hear an occasional car. We were never disturbed by major road noise if this is a concern to you.

This property was great! I figured the pictures online were exaggerating? But the space was super roomy and gave me and my family room to spread out. It was super clean, modern and the owners really went out of their way to make our stay super easy!
