This VRBO fit our needs perfectly. The apartment has a great layout and is in a good location -- about midway between Pike Place Market and Seattle Center. Everything was clean and the apartment had all of the essentials covered. We were good customers of the outstanding bakery on the ground floor, and we appreciated the view of Elliot Bay from the patio on the top floor. Overall, this is a fine VRBO rental apartment.

Very secure building. Great location. Property is a bit dated, but rooms are nice and kitchen well equipped. Balcony only holds 1 person standing .. so small it’s unusable. Small air conditioning was noisy and hardly kept up. The bakery and belltown pizza is right outside the door, very good places to eat.

Great location. Very walkable surrounded by most amenities. You will have to walk pretty far to find a decent grocery store. The unit is nice but needs some updating. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is decent, the bathroom is acceptable, and the living room is livable. We stayed in August and it hit 82. The bedrooms have oscillating floor fans and the living room has a very cumbersome floor A/C unit. This unit has to be turned off at night if you want to lock the balcony door which defeats the purpose for staying cool. It’s adequate when you’re home but does not ever get cold. Just an FYI if you are accustomed to staying cool at night. You will be warm. We never could get the LR TV to work properly but we’re able to get Netflix. This complex is pretty worn down but, if you’re looking for location, it’s great. They have a huge rule book but it’s fairly normal in these types of condo complexes. We wouldn’t stay in this unit again because it was too warm. Eric, who checked us in, was pretty thorough.

Fantastic location for walking to many sites & great eats. Communication was top notch. Easy in and out.

Great location 10 min walk from Pike Place Market. 12 min walk to space needle. Clean. I prefer self check in, but this rental requires in person check in

The condo was perfect for our stay in Seattle. Everything was within walking distance - the Space Needle, Pikes market, plenty of restaurants. The condo itself was quite comfortable for our family of 4, providing everything we needed for making breakfast every morning, and AC! Only reco would be to provide better TP - a condo this nice shouldn't use cheap TP.

Ashley and Mike were great hosts. Communication was smooth and timely. This 2-bedroom apartment is close to Pike Place Market, less than 10 minutes away walking and many great places to eat. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. There’s no central AC but there are individual cooling fans in each room and living room. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped. This is a great place to stay in Downtown Seattle. The reserved parking spot is a plus as it is not easy to find parking in the city.
