This condo was absolutely perfect for a week’s stay! It was very clean and had lots of space. The hot tub in the balcony was a great perk and ran great. Turquoise Place has so many options for kids and adults. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall a great experience. The room itself was extremely nice and neat. The owners do an excellent job of keeping things up to date. I would definitely go back. The property owners were very informative and helpful with any and all questions, as well as the checkin process. 10/10

Truly luxurious home away from home! This place exceeds expectations! Every room is well-appointed and comfortable. The view is stunning, and the balcony is huge and comfortable! We had a great stay at Turquoise Place. The facility was clean, quiet at night, plenty of activities for the kids, and was in a great location. Our condo was immaculate.

We have stayed at Turquoise Place four times previously. We will return again, just not with this host. The outdoor balcony hot tub was not available for use and this was not communicated in the listing when I booked. The master bath was torn apart upon our arrival due to a water leak. We found out this was an on going issue also never disclosed and we were not to use the master bathroom. We had 11 people from maintenance through our unit during our stay. All of this made for major inconvenience and disruption to our vacation. One of which was 5 am in the morning due to a faulty water sensor, also a known issue. In my opinion the communication and transparency was poor at best. I have tried contacting the host during and after our stay with no response. Turquoise Place is a beautiful facility, just not with this host.

It is a beautiful condo. My only complaint is the hot tub not working and not finding out until we arrived. And the maintenance man entering our condo while we were on the balcony to check on non-functional hot tub. That visit could have waited until we checked out.

The place is just as pictured and beautiful! The weather was colder than normal so the hot tubs would’ve been lovely, however the issue was communicated to us prior to our arrival. We will return!

It was the cleanest, nicest, and biggest place I have ever stayed!

We brought great grandma, grandkids, and kids. Turquoise place was perfect for our family. The water and weather was great even for rain being in the forecast all week. The 2 rain showers only lasted a few minutes. The resort wasn’t crowded and there was no wait time for elevators which was great! Lots of activities for everyone’s interests. Beautiful condo!!!! And we got to watch the dolphins every day from the balcony. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the long days in the sun! 10/10 we will be back!

Condo was beautifully decorated, but I don’t believe the floors or showers were cleaned since they opened for business. Within 10mins of walking around bare foot my kids feet were black. The main shower tiles were molded. Beach it self was kept clean, no trash just nature. Four of eight of us got stunk by a jelly fish, guess came during the wrong time in July. We had a great stay between us but if you’re a foreigner or person of color you’ll definitely feel it there as it isn’t a diverse area at all.

Endless view ~ Amazing accommodations

Just as described in listing, great stay!
I've stayed at the Turquoise numerous times over the years, this was the nicest unit so far- great stay!
Master bedroom is amazing, great bed and huge bathroom with plenty of space.
Also, some units don't have comfortable balcony seating, not the case with this one. We even napped onw afternoon on the outdoor couch was so comfortable (in March).
Only thing would change is the hot tub was not working on our second day. The turquoise checks them every three days and ours was working the first night but then someone checked it while we were out and it didn't work again. Other than that everything was perfect.
