This home was so beautiful and so well located. We could walk to everything we needed to. Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. They even stocked us with food!

Apartment is in very good order, neat and clean, nicely decorated, not over refurbished and more than enough space for 8 of us. Great area as to visit the various must sees in Rome. Also a lot of good restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores in walking distance. One of the best gelaterias 5 mins by foot... Last but not least very friendly, flexible and helpful host.

Pat was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to everyone! The property was beautiful and we totally enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in the beautiful apartment while in Rome over Christmas. There were 2 families - a total of 9 people and we had plenty of room. We cooked dinner in the kitchen Christmas day and were able to all fit at the dining room table. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and markets close by and the Vatican is a 15 minute walk one directions, the Spanish Steps 15 minutes the other direction. We walked everywhere from this location - it is close enough to the sites but away from the crowd. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. We were welcomed and shown around the apartment and treated to some wine and snacks from the owner. The staff is available to help with anything you need but we had all we needed! Don't miss the chance to stay here - We will be back!

2 families stayed for 4 days at New Year. It was very spacious, in a quiet location and perfect location to go and walk over the river into the more touristy areas, as well as next to the Vatican. The contact for the apartment was very helpful, made bookings for us in advance, very quick to respond with a query and excellent English.

Centrally located and easy walks to most everything in the city; Vatican, Borghese Gallery, Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, and one block off another main shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The apartment worked well for our family of 7. We would definitely return. Owner and her staff were great to work with.

We had a total of two families staying together in this lovely property. Set in the heart of Roma near the Vatican, this apartment was spectacular. It had everything you needed and was central to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. Additionally, you're only a few blocks away from transit to anywhere within Roma. We were extremely comfortable in this gorgeous apartment. I highly recommend this place to any traveling to Roma looking for a centrally located, private, quiet and safe environment.

They made us feel at home. There is no need to shop for another place to stay. The home is like your home.

We loved our apartment (5 bedrooms, 3 baths). Our experience couldn't have been better. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The only negative aspect of the apartment was getting the gate and the outside gate opened. Barbara was a wonderful greeter and always on top of everything. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath apartment during our family vacation. It was exactly as described on the website and we were not disappointed! Pat at Italy Perfect was a pleasure to work with and she was extremely helpful in answering our questions which made our decision easy. We found the apartment to be extremely clean and very nicely decorated, blending baroque with contemporary. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer was convenient, although not quite as large as we're used to here in the States. The bedding was very comfortable with luxury linens and plenty of towels, which was welcoming after a day of touring. There was someone there to help with our bags, both on arrival and departure, and Barbara (who spoke fluent English) met us at the apartment to give us an orientation and lots of good information. We found the apartment to be conveniently located to restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The Leonardo da Vinci hotel is across the street and they are more than happy to call a cab for you at the front desk, but beware....the hotel charges for the service which almost doubles your fare. We found the residential location to be ideal -- the street was quiet and not too busy but within walking distance of many interesting places.

From the Murano glass chandlers to the beautiful terrazzo floors the apartment is "elegant." Great location and great service. Will definitely stay again.

I know that this review is late, but it is worth letting prospective vacationers know how remarkable this apartment is.... First of all, it is quite large, and it is very well maintained. The owner did a splendid job in maintaining the architectural beauty of the apartment while updating it with such amenities as air conditioning and WiFi. It is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6, (that is how many were in our group). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Italy Perfect was responsive and attentive to our needs. Wonderful experience!!

I planned my birthday celebration by taking my 4 children, daughter in law and 5 month old grandson to Rome for a week. The apartment was as it was advertised, beautifully remodeled, well appointed and well maintained. The location worked well for us we were able to walk to all our destinations. It is in a neighborhood so you have access to food shops if you want to have meals in the apartment. The apartment was perfect for us, my only complaint is the house manager did not speak English and if our driver had not been with us to translate we would have had many issues on how to operate appliances and electronics. Perfect week!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our group of six women. Two had their own bedrooms and that worked out very well. We were able to walk to the Vatican and there were several nice restaurants close to the apartment. The beds were great and all the bathrooms had been updated. Pat from Italy Perfect helped us find transportation from the airport and the check in/out process was seamless. Pat was so helpful and gave us many ideas about packing, restaurants and transportation. I would highly recommend this apartment and Pat from Italy Perfect. If I were going to return I would love to stay there again.

We had chosen the Elegante Apartment in the Prati District for our party of six adults (three couples). We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the apartment. It is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. We traveled during an incredible heat wave with temps in the upper 90's. However, we always knew we could cool off back at the apartment. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit and they worked very well. Each couple had plenty of room in their own bedroom and it was great to have the rest of the apartment to spend time together. The location of the apartment is also very convenient. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood but is still close enough to walk if you so choose. Because of the heat we often took cabs or Uber rides to our destination but you can certainly walk to the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso area. There are a couple of grocery stores close by, but there are plenty of restaurants too. Lastly, Pat from Italy Perfect was very helpful when I was planning this trip as Rome takes a bit of research if you want to do it right. There's so much to see and do and she was a big help!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. My family and I (there were 7 of us, including 3 children and my in-laws) had plenty of room and privacy after spending hours walking the beautiful and historic streets of Rome. The apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, subway, etc. While we walked most everywhere, we did take the subway a few times to some of the farther destinations like the ancient Rome. The greeter spoke next to no English but we communicated well enough to get by. Italy Perfect also gave us suggestions for places to eat, tour guides, car services and other necessities. Pat really helped us have the most amazing family vacation to date. I highly recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect!

We stayed in the Elegante apartment and found the neighborhood to be perfect. It was quiet with lots of dining options and a grocery store right around the corner. We were able to walk to the Pantheon, the Vatican, Spanish Steps and other sites on the way. We were two families traveling together and the apartment provided plenty of space for everyone with well appointed furnishings and bathrooms. It really is as the name suggests- elegant. Our greeter was very helpful and we had no problems with anything during our stay. It is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds and yet can still walk everywhere, except maybe the Coliseum-we took cabs there. There is a hotel across the street where you can request taxis and around the corner a great place for espressos. We would stay there again and have already recommended Italy Perfect to friends.
