Very cozy, hosts were super available - I didn’t have any issues, I just let them know when I arrived and left. I also inquired about extending my stay and I wound up not needing to but the y responded immediately. Great spot. Beds were comfy, AC frosty, it was great! Thanks!

This was our third time staying in this cute little cottage! We absolutely love staying there and we will again in the fall! There was one thing that blew our minds though, and this is just a little reminder for folks that stay in the Melbourne area... There was a rocket launch and we didn't know what all the shaking and banging noises were at first! Then disappointed that we didn't see it! We love it there!

The house was neat and clean, easy to access. We enjoyed everything about it with the exception of the missing river views. The listing indicating “outdoor dining” with river views was deceptive and was a big reason we chose the house. Our family enjoys dropping a kayak in the river in the evening, sitting out and watching the kids paddle around and despite requesting information about the suitability for this, there was no confirmation or denial that it would work. It turns out, you can’t see the river and going to the area pictured in the listing seems invasive to the home in the front of the property. It just wasn’t what we expected from the listing. Otherwise, the house was fine - clean, well stocked, and worked for sleeping. We enjoyed the beaches nearby.

Our arrival time was in the middle of the night, the owner had left the lights on making the home easy to find and feeling very comfortable. Home was decorated in a south Florida vibe that was fun and relaxing. Thank you Pedro

We had a problem partly through our stay (no fault of the host or property) and the host worked with us to find the perfect solution in a very timely and helpful manner. Greatly appreciated their help in making our stay perfect.

Stayed for a week. Even though it was cool and rainy we made the best of it. The cottage was very well stocked. only thing I felt cold be added was a couple of beach towels

It is a cute little bungalow that fit our needs. We were in town for a single night and needed a place to bed down. The spot is great, just a block off the inter coastal and a block off US1. Plenty of eateries close by. We took in Aunt Loiuse's Italian place up the road a bit closer to our appointed destination...a new puppy we took home the next morning!!! It was clean and the hosts were very nice before and during the stay. I would definitely book again if the need arises. Thanks,

Local staycation was a success in an area accessible to all stores, near the river, and the house was clean, adorably decorated, well stocked, and comfort.

Great place for me to stay when coming to town to work. So much nicer than a hotel and was very comfortable.

Great little house, had a good time with family that would come over for the day to eat & or just hang out. Very quiet friendly neighborhood with the occasional train going by during the day but not a big deal. Quick 90 second walk, literally right around the corner to the Indian River. Plenty of things to discover in Brevard County, beaches, parks, restaurants, entertainment. Would stay again! Geoff Newark,OH

This is an older house. Positives....The Owner have gone to great length to a wonderful experience. However, the neighborhood is not for everyone. There is train noise at night....and I hate to say this but someone was walking on our roof the first night, and it was not an animal.

Absolutely the best cottage ever! It's very cozy. You would never get bored, there are so many things to look at inside. We will be booking this cottage again later this year!

What a lovely cottage in a beautiful place! Access to the Indian River around the block made our stay incredible. Relaxing, reading, playing games, watching boats, wind surfers and just the gorgeous view of the river was something we loved. We even spent time enjoying a cup of tea in the evening at the table by the river! A place I will always want to return to!

The property was very clean. The air conditioner was already on which made the home comfortable. Lots of communication from Logan about how to enter and exit the home. It was nice not to be obligated to strip the bed and start laundry before we left. We would use them again for our next trip to Florida.

We truly enjoyed our week here in this cheery little house with all it's fun Florida-esque touches! It is CLEAN, comfy and relaxing. We loved having our coffee on the front porch in the mornings, waving back at the nice neighbors, and walking around the neighborhood and along the river ourselves, before heading out for the day's activities. We loved staying at river cottage . Right across from Indian River they are nice places to walk . Conveniently located to everything .only 10 mins from the beach .The cottage has such cute and interesting decorations.

The house is charming! I came to Melbourne and was looking for an alternative to staying at another hotel, this was perfect for me.

Had everything a person could need. Very nice and clean place. I left the towels in the dryer.

This cottage was decorated in a way that was welcoming and relaxing!

The cottage had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area, with a very short drive to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We even found a great playground about 4 minutes away for our little one. We had a great time! The hosts were easy to reach and friendly and truly want you to have a great stay. Definitely staying here again on my next visit!
