It was an awesome place! The house was supper clean and freshly painted. It was filled with amenities and kitchenettes. The host are supper nice and helpful as well. It was an awesome stay. 👏👍

This is the first time we stayed in this side of The pass but I have to say we were very pleased. To start, the house is very well stocked with just about anything you need More than enough supplies in kitchen along with coffee pods. There was also a plethora of things for the beach and kids to use along with the bikes. Walk down to the swim beach wasn’t bad but you can also drive a few blocks down if not wanting to walk. There is also a nice walking beach right across from house.

The property was extremely clean when we entered. It was well maintained and all the units worked well.. Overall- we enjoyed the stay and had a nice time at the beach.

We loved our stay so much the first time that we booked this house again. It is the perfect place for peace and quiet and since we're retired we are so glad to have a place to stay that is beautiful and has such great hosts that are super helpful, great at communicating and just so nice. Can't wait for the next time.

Ocean Palms Beach House is the perfect location for a get-a-way! The house is immaculate and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is only about a half block from the beach, so sitting on the deck and listening to the water was amazing. We had a great time walking on the beach and found lots of shells. Beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas among other items are available, as well as life jackets and fishing gear. Will definitely go back! Thanks Ocean Palms for a wonderful week!

The house was awesome!!!! Perfect for our yearly weekend beach trip. the family had a great time. location is perfect with two options for beach access. House had everything we needed already provided so it made it so easy for everyone. the most well prepared home we have been at. we will be coming back to this one as often as we can.

The house had roaches 🪳 EVERYWHERE! They were in the kitchen, bathroom and we found some in the bed downstairs. I don’t live like this so I am very upset that I had to rent a spot like this. The roaches came out big and small while you ate or when you cooked. The scooter doesn’t work so be ready to drive your car. The temperature in the house was off. The downstairs room was hot and you might need the fan.

Wonderful home. Well decorated and stocked with even some basic toiletries. Ocean/bay views all around and if you want to just fish or hang out in the sand it’s the perfect location. The beach you see from the home is illegal to swim on and the sheriff was giving out warnings and tickets. The swim beach was about a mile or so from the house if you try to walk, just don’t get caught on the dunes, or a couple miles down the main road you can find driving access. The golf cart was down so we don’t know if it was easier swim access with it. Bring cash for the ice cream man if you drive to the main beach. Very cute decorated house. There were a few little forgotten areas when it was cleaned like cabinets, behind and under furniture and the sheets felt sandy so we washed them before sleeping in them. The only reason we gave a 4 star review instead of 5 was roaches. The first night there were a few in the bathroom and we planned to email the owner not put it on the review. However the next day we had to throw all the food away. They were in the coffee pots, microwave, cabinets and drawers. We tried the provided raid and it didn’t help. Pest control is desperately needed. There are also tons of ants but that’s a beach thing and not easily prevented. The roaches were all over the en suite bathroom and kitchen. The grocery store is 30 minutes away so having to throw out all our food was a real bummer not to mention having to keep the new food safe in the fridge and constantly clean the dishes, counters and so forth. They were in the spices, coffee, everywhere. We looked at another place to stay for fear of some hitchhiking home but couldn’t find one and didn’t want to waste the money spent here. We just left everything we brought outside while washing and sanitizing and had our pest guy come today to do a preventative treatment to make sure they didn’t find a new home. We would gladly stay here again once pest control was started. A very relaxing, roomy and inviting home. Oh the grill didn’t light well but eventually it did. That wasn’t a big deal at all but felt you should know.

Adorable house- well stocked. Everything was thought out to ensure the guests have a comfortable stay. Only issue was golf cart wasn’t working but I know things happen sometimes that are out of our control. The property manager gave us early and late check in/out due to golf cart situation. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful views from deck. Overall a great property

We had a party of 5 adults and 5 children; all of us enjoyed our stay! The home is SUPER organized and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything. We loved the layout of the kitchen/dining/living area. The seating arrangements were well thought out and all 10 of us could be in the same area comfortably. The deck was amazing - we especially loved the gate on the deck since we had small children. We would definitely stay again!
