We enjoyed every bit of our vacation! Perfect for group of friends. Perfect location right across from beach and pineapple Willy’s. Beach wasn’t overcrowded and we had a beautiful view from our condo.

We had a great stay. It is very easily to communicate with the property manager. Just know it is a lot of walking inside the complex

Needing something at the last minute and the property owner was so kind, helpful, had great communication and accommodating. Not only all these things but offered help through out the stay if needing it since she was local. You never have to go above but she did. I wouldvstay here again. Thank you!!!!

This location is great. It gave my friends and I quick access to food and entertainment within walking distance throughout our stay. Room was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised.

overall great value, the common areas need more cleaning. Example, the same chicken nugget was on floor leading to the room the entire week. in the facility, carpet is about done, the coffee pot didnt work. dryer made major "i'm about to die" racket. The handle on the stationary side of the patio door was broke, likely had been attacked by stupidity, but seems cheap and easy to replace.

Early October, 2022. The listing boasted about the resort having 5 pools but didn’t mention that only one was heated and the others were too cold to use, which meant everyone was in the heated pool, so it was way too crowded with kids (and inconsiderate adults) throwing balls. Pretty tough to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool. Even though the resort was not even close to maximum capacity, the elevators were not capable of handling the traffic flow. It was not uncommon to wait 45 min to an hour for an elevator. They also advertised several restaurants/shops/services on site, many of which were either closed or had very limited hours. To top off our stay, we had vehicle damage while driving toward the parking structure by someone from one of the higher floors throwing a chunk of ice off the balcony. We reported this to the front desk and were told that there was no way to tell which room it came from so they did nothing about it.

Would def stay here again! Very nice and close to everything needed!

This property is perfect just as listed. Great view, great area. Felt very safe and it was very clean and was everything we could have asked for. Brandi our host was fantastic!! She was always one phone call away when needed and went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to any family or any couple that just wants to get away. Thanks again Brandi, I know we will be back.!!!!

Great location. Property as pictured. Didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for an elevator the entire stay.

Condo was amazing. The only thing would be whenever the cleaning company is. Clothes left in dresser from previous renter. Not vacuumed well.

The ladies at the front desk need to be a little more out going and more specific and speak up when you ask how to get to your room. I had to ask the security men how I was supposed to find my room because the front desk was not helpful

Everything was great even let us check in a little earlier than expected after a long drive!

There were light bulbs that needed to be changed and beach chairs and cable are not included you might want to update your listing.

Very clean apartment , I feel like it would be nice to have some extra dish should and dishwasher detergent. Elevator was a nightmare, you literally have to wait for 20 min at least to find a spot in elevator. No complaints to apartment over all .

The condo was beautifully decorated and fit our needs. The view was great. It was clean for the most part, did find a few areas that weren't cleaned well by cleaning staff. The elevators were the main issue, the day of arrival only 1 elevator worked. I personally walked down 19 flights of stairs twice and the kids walked up and down the stairs multiple times. We had waits for the elevator the majority of the time which made it very frustrating for us and others traveling for a relaxing vacation.

Everything is good just the elevators they take a long time we had to wait around 1 hour just for the elevators

We had a wonderful stay! Our favorite part was the view and the amount of pools on the property! It made finding shade for the little ones super easy. Your condo was VERY clean and felt super cozy. It’s very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach trip. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the HUGE balcony with gorgeous ocean views. We would for sure recommend this to friends and family!

Room was great, however was not thrilled with the quality of the other occupants in the building. Elevators during check are out are impossible so be prepared to use the stairs. Not exactly a relaxing or safe feeling or time once outside your room.

The condo was beautiful and clean and a great view of the ocean! Property was just as described in listing. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Great communication with the host! Will definitely stay again!

1. Checking in took 1 1/2 hour. 2. My room was not cleaned. 3. I was refunded my cleaning fee but spent my entire first 12 hours there washing linens and towels and putting on sheets. 4. Property management was apologetic and offered a free night at a later date. 5. Elevator takes forever. Better load 2 to 3ppl at a time. 6. The pool was freezing. Spa was warm at the family pool area. There are 5 pools. 7. Security is very thorough. Check bands all day.

We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend!
