The property is spacious, has free parking & the host was excellent. We had all of the facilities required for our 3 night stay, and Lucy checked in on us on after our first night to check everything was okay. Very comfortable bed, we slept lovely although it is quite light in the bedroom as not blackout curtains, but no major issues. Location was OK although it was a bit confusing on arrival as it’s a private drive which we went down by mistake but turned out to be the right place. Overall happy with the trip!

Overall the flat just needs some TLC - there is paint falling off, stained ceilings, light fightings not working throughout, although none of this affected the stay itself. One thing that did cause a concern for us was that the outside door to the flat was left on the latch a lot of the time (presumably by other tenants). We made sure that we closed it properly as an extra layer of security but unfortunately can’t enforce that on others in the building - maybe something to think about!

spacious, warm, easy access to city centre and quayside by bus or walking, excellent local restaurant, no noise, free parking. only used car to go to Dartmoor.

could have done with a few more glasses, mugs etc. bathroom could have been cleaner, bathroom also needs some decorating and new sealant. we found the heating too much, instructions in book of how to use thermostat are out of date so we had trouble turning it down, it kept coming on in the night which we didn't need.

Felt very homey , as I’m a student I do tend to like to get some independent privacy while having family over as unable to do that where I live atm.

The lock system was a little confusing and the stairs are difficult to lift suitcases up.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and the duvet a bit thick however the host did message after our first night to ask if we needed anything so we could have asked for different ones.

Nice touches like fresh milk in fridge and some chocs in a bowl to snack on.
