This is a well maintained and beautiful property. It is very spacious and in a great location for families away from many of the college spring break hangouts. There was initially a discrepancy in the accuracy of the listing, but once the owner was notified, this was corrected. Be aware that you will receive communication from the property manager and their customer service staff. It is helpful to remember who you are speaking to if any issues arise. The absolute only downside to this property is the lack of a hot tub. If that is not important to you, I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We really enjoyed staying in this 3BR 3BA condo. This was very spacious and had really nice furnishings. Everything was upgraded and very nice and comfortable. Thanks again for sharing your condo.

We have stayed at HD for years and this was, by far, the nicest unit we have stayed in. Love having no keys and not having to deal with the office.

There were two areas that had fans blowing on the ceiling due to a leak from the room above. One of the bathrooms could not be used because of the fans. We finally moved them. We did contact the maintenance about this and they really didn't say alot or give any direction on what they were going to do. The other issue were some of the door knobs didnt work and the ice maker didn't work after the first day.

The condo was amazing. There were empty drink bottles and beer under bed but no big deal. Condo was amazing. Would rent again but left early because it rained most of trip!

My husband and I, along with our kids and their friends spent a wonderful week at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and as advertised. We had a total of 10 people and could have easily brought a couple extra friends with more than enough room. Highly recommend this property and will return!

The property was as described and just like the pictures. We had plenty of space with the seven of us and the place was well equipped. I would recommend and come back in the future.

We felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. I was worried about the 16th floor, but I think it has spoiled us from finding anything lower. The views are amazing! The view from the front of this condo are also beautiful at night. We would love to stay here for many years to come. The location was easy access to all areas but far enough away from all the traffic. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place, it truly felt like our home for the two months.

First of all, would like to say anytime at the beach is always fun! The condo was very spacious for our group with plenty of room for all. Views from the balcony are spot on. The place was well decorated and cared for. Pictures of the place are pretty close to what is advertised on the website. Communication with ECDI and with owner was very hard to get answers from but wasn't a deal breaker. Small things that needed to be fixed were the shower leaked around the glass that's in the 2nd bedroom with the king bed. The towel holders to both 2nd and 3rd bedroom were loose and need to be fixed, maybe putting a chair in the bedroom with the two queens to make it more functional for those staying in that room.... but minor details. Parking was easy. Security personnel were very helpful, kitchen well stocked, utility room was nice with the icemaker. All in all, the place was VERY nice and would like to have the opportunity to stay here again.

This condo and location was perfect for us. We only had one complaint that the beds are a bit to hard , so we didn't really sleep good. Over all we had a great trip. Condo was beautiful and spacious.

Great condo, very spacious, quiet pool and beach

The room was awesome. Great view, decorated really nice, big roomy condo. The only bad thing was communication with the property manager. There were no parking passes left in the room. I emailed, called, and sent messages through VRBO for 4 days with no response. Finally someone just came by the room and gave us 2 passes. It was aggravating having to stop and talk to security every time we entered the property, but the thing that was really ticking me off is no one was responding to me. I have no idea who it was that finally brought the passes because they just handed them to my wife and left. I still have not had a response from the management company at all. We loved the room and whoever the owners are did a great job, but they may want to have a talk with the property manager.

BEST WEEK EVER in this AMAZING CONDO! This was the most beautifully decorated condo I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are gorgeous, and they don’t even do it justice! We had 6 adults, one 6 year old, and a 9 month old and we had more than enough room throughout our weeklong stay. One of our favorite things were how the rooms/beds were setup. We loved that two of the rooms had king beds and the third room had 2 queen beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Everything was very clean and ready to be “lived in” for a week. I typically wash all dishes and wipe everything down upon arrival to a condo, but I didn’t need to do that with this one. We loved the view from the balcony. We spent so much time out there. If you are afraid of heights…this isn’t the place for you because it is very high up! It was also a nice bonus that the condo came with chairs and we didn’t have to rent extras each day. The location of the condo is great because it seemed to be a lot less crowded since it was on the opposite end of Pier Park where all of the traffic tends to go. We don’t have any complaints, and hope this condo is available to book again next summer!

We incurred only minor maintenance issues (missing or burned out light bulbs, a loose door knob, and a loose kitchen cabinet hinge). One shower was missing a shower curtain that would have prevented water from leaking onto to the floor. None of these issues prevented us from enjoying the unit and we would certainly consider renting the unit again.

This condo at Hidden Dunes was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice and they are good pictures! I stayed here for a week with my mom and kids, it was perfect! The units are beach front and so roomy! We were able to enter our condo immediately on arrival with a simple code. Super easy! This is BY FAR our favorite PCB visit! From now on, I will always check to see if this unit is available. Can't wait until our next beach vacation!
