You feel at home. It is not a hotel in the true sense of the word and you are therefore treated more personally. A special thank you to Sunil and Dinesh who made our stay unforgettable. We will be back!

Super emplacement, sauvage, calme ... De quoi déconnecter de la réalité. La vue sur mer est magnifique. Nous avons pu visiter la ferme, c'était très sympa. Un grand merci à Sonil qui a été très réactif et disponible !! Le petit dejeuner complet et délicieux. Je recommande fortement cet endroit !

In general you will arrive to a huge villa, with lot of buildings and area around with trees, flowers and incredible views) And if manage it in the right way, it could be a diamond) But it's not the case...

The main issue was when on the second night we received a neighbors in the near room. I believe they are nice people, but given between the rooms the door is more like doors from closet - we hear everything like in our room... We ask to switch the room because it's not possible to sleep when someone in near room speaking or doing something (I believe the same situation was for our neighbors from our side) and there was a lot of rooms in the villa was available, but we received answers like - I forwarded info to our owners, I don't make a decisions and bla bla bla... So it's not the service that you expecting for that price... Additionally, the area around not in the best conditions, we was in the winter and the weather is not great, but it seems that they not really care about the place more than several months...

I like the country side and being up in the hills was a plus. We were kindly greeted by the cook on arrival, who was very welcoming and showed us around the property.

The property doesn’t look like the pictures on booking.com. The entrance and multiple areas for guests look run down. There is no reception area. The heated pool was under maintenance and we where not able to use it. Apparently there is a “palace” for guests, but it was a mess as per the owner, so we where refused entry. Later we found out act the palace was rented to an exclusive event and that’s why it was closed. Our originally booked room would have been in the ‘palace’ and we were disappointed by this. We found the owner unwelcoming. Overall, despite some of the employees being welcoming we would not recommend this stay, and think it is overpriced for what is available.

The location was amazing, very quiet, and beautiful. The main building is stunning and the views are breathtaking.

The breakfast could be better in terms of the quality of the products. Also, the orange juice should be fresh. The heater was not working properly.
