Hotel located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Stayed in room n6, with garden view. Hotel parking available, but only accomodates 5-7 cars and is next to the quiet residential street, both free of charge. Very clean, spacious room, big comfy double bed in our room, pillows and duvet, crispy clean bed linen. Complimentary water, glass bottle, 1l, slightly carbonated, very nice taste. Kettle and cups in the room, which is very helpful, since restraurant was closed in the evening when we arrived around 21:00. Inside kettle clean from limescale, whish is extremely rare!!! Shower working great, instant hot water, toiletries also there. Very polite and helpful man greeted us in the evening, perfect english spoken. Lady doing breakfast buffet in the morning, was also very polite and helpful, but her english was far from spoken.

Walls between rooms very think and doors are metallic and think, but there is no resin padding between the door and the door frame, so soundproofing can be greatly improved by doing some minor soundproofing work. Shower cabin should be replaced, getting old.

This hotel-restaurant is located in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center with trams no. 5 & 6 within 12 minutes walk. no cafes, supermarkets or restaurants nearby (besides theirs…), but for a one-night stay and with approximately 15 minutes tram ride to Friedrichsplatz - this was not an issue for me. The staff was friendly. I contacted them a day before about the time of my arrival. They were communicative. The room was basic, but very clean and tidy. Clean linen and towels, and they even left some treats such as instant coffee packets and sparkling water... nice view from the window. I had a good night sleep. Thank you!

Hotel manager was very friendly

Room was alright, clean, comfy. Nice biergarten. Dinner was very good and very German. Staff treated us well. Breakfast was nice, we've never been served raw beef for breakfast before!

Pillows were enormous and difficult to sleep on. A bit dark but that was the style I guess.
