Gym, rooftop, front desk staff were amazing, valet was amazing, room was clean, facilities were clean, lobby was clean

Out of town people who were there for the conference were too loud, rowdy, drunk & not very courteous to the staff manning the bar (Sunday night) unfortunately I understand that this is out of the hotel’s control? Went for an early run and requested a slightly late check out because of a route mishap but it was apparently too busy to even get a 30min delay/late checkout. However, the front desk were able to hold my luggages so it worked out in the end.

Modern and spacious hotel with a stunning all year outdoor pool wonderful for overlooking the be mountains .

All great , but minor thing had to request bathrobe (needed to and from pool)

Room was vey clean, staff was nice and the pool was amazing.

The walls are thin and could hear our neighbors very well.

Just got coffee/pastry/fruit from shop. Was quite good.. Enjoyed the large entry/lobby area with various seating areas, fireplace and large windows

Would have been nice to have a glass of wine in room or in lobby but I believe that is a Utah/Dalt Lake issue.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel

We had the fire alarm go off at about 1 in the morning. There was only 1 girl on the counter and many people had forgotten their room key in the rush. She handled it in a great way and was very nice. I think she should have been allowed to give out free breakfast cards for the inconvenience since it seems to be the hotels fault. I heard that they were testing the alarm system the week before and should have turned off something, possibly.

My debit card was destroyed in the 6 hour drive to salt lake, would have really appreciated a credit card authorization form to be sent to me to take care of my billing, however agent upon check in informed me I could not be helped, and did not offer any alternative solutions. Leading me to drive directly home.

Being right in the heart of downtown made it very easy to get where we needed to go. The room had a nice view of the city and comfortable beds. A totally random bonus, the visiting MLS team was staying there.

At first it seemed kinda fun, but the barn door to the bathroom was a little odd.

The ambiance was really high class. Breakfast buffet was tasty. All staff was highly professional and accommodating. The room was so clean and had lots of closet space. View from our window was amazing. Bed so comfortable as well. Had the best nights sleep here. Also convenient parking just a few yards away. Would definitely stay here again.

Both mornings we had breakfast, they did not disclose that there was pork in some of their breakfast items. Upon inquiry, they confirmed there was pork in the food. This happened 2 days in a row. Also I wish I didn’t need to say this, but one of our servers had an extremely strong body odor coming from her. Not what anyone wants to smell first thing in the morning when eating breakfast.

I asked for a special birthday treat to be set up upon arrival, and was told it would happen. It didn’t! I was gutted. Communication was poor. Then they did send up a treat but not really ideal at all. Just saddened me.

Stayed overnight for a quick Staycation. It was a beautiful, clean hotel. We also enjoyed the restaurant immensely.

Ice machines did not work on the 3 floors I checked. Customer Service never replied to inquiry/request for ice. Couch blocks the picture window. Couch is at right angle to TV. Valet Parkers are clueless kids.

We loved the use of the pool. We had a room on the 25th floor overlooking the city to the north east. It was absolutely amazing. The sunrise was especially beautiful in the morning. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the sixth floor. Excellent our breakfast was in the salt. We were celebrating our birthdays 11 August both of us. Thanks to the concierge who also gave us some nice gifts in our room. Very special evening and morning in your beautiful new hotel. We loved it. thanks so much

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. The air conditioner worked great and kept us cool at night. Most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The checkout on the TV didn't work. But this was very minor.
