Aria condizionata molto rumorosa, i comodini non si aprivano, cuscino vecchi, nonché mal odoranti. Specchio del bagno scomodissimo. Doccia poco pulita. Per finire in bellezza la colazione era davvero pessima, mi sono sentita male per due wafer fatti al momento, chissà cosa c’era nel impasto.

Close to the airport for an early am flight; clean room.

bathroom large door made it a bit crowded in navigating the bathroom space. Heard planes taking off/landing and should have worn ear plugs and would have been fine.

Breakfast is great!

I stayed on the top floor and the water in the shower didn't get hot. In the morning the maids were talking and laughing loudly in the hallway, which woke me up.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and pleasant to speak with. He had been working a double and still kept a smile on his face. We skipped the Sysco breakfast and ate dinner at a Black Bear diner! We recommend that instead!

The sheets on the bed had a black marking. I noticed it on one pillow and removed it and went to bed. I've worked at the front desk and housekeeping at many hotels and understand how there can be mistakes. I went to sleep thinking the mark was gone. When I woke up in the morning, there was another mark on the pillow and now, on my pajamas. My partner thought it was mascara but who knows? I was a little upset that this was a best western plus and the facilities looked so outdated. I don't understand how this hotel passed to be labeled a Best Western Plus facility. This hotel at some point used to be a standard Best Western as the plastic laundry bag in my room still had the old blue Best Western logo instead of the new purple/red logo. Stay somewhere else in SLC.
