It's just few minutes walk to the nearby pub, farm shop and to the quiet beach at Winchelsea, while the medieval town of Rye – packed with shops and restaurants – is just a seven-minute drive. For more things to do, head to the nature reserve and pebble beach at Rye Harbour, drive to the famous dunes of nearby Camber Sands or take part in one of Winchelsea's 'cellar tours' looking at the ancient undercrofts of the town's oldest buildings. There's even a neighbouring vineyard where you can tour, taste and maybe pick up a few bottles for your stay.
