We liked the location which was nice and close to the motorway and easy access to the main road. Comfortable and relaxing rooms. Excellent service by the staff was awesome well done.

It was a lovely place to stay, rooms were tidy and nicely decorated. Close to the motorway. The bar and restaurant were perfect after a long day. Good onsite parking

Super clean large rooms, easy to find, great gymnasium, beautiful pool, warm cookies on arrival, parking at no extra cost

Easy check in/out and access to motorway. Staff very helpful and was nice to have a bar/restaurant as no reason to leave hotel.

Breakfast had a wide variety and well cooked/prepared dishes. Locals were helpful as well.

I didn't have the breakfast. The cookie was delicious.

There was a stain on the carpet between the beds. I told the desk about it the second day but it was never removed. I was offered another room but had already unpacked.

It wasnt friendly it was like run by AI and every thing was pre programmed From the chap checking us in wanted my credit card as a verification next thing hes taking 100 dollars deposit I knew it was for extras but he never said that it was refunded after we left but he could have said it was a deposit for extras. It was our honeymoon wed just got married i wasnt expecting or wanting any extras however it would have been nice to say congratulations. In the room we had a letter to Mr Brown why not Mr and Mrs Brown. The room I felt was pretty basic for the price, two bottles of water on the table with a label of 4.50 dollars on each. there was no soaps shampoos on the side just the push button dispensers that I felt was penny pinching making it cheap Ive been to far better places that didnt cost as much With reference to Booking,com I filled out one of there codes for a discount, I had a letter saying there looking into it never did get it so probably wont be using you again either

Facilities are lovely, front desk staff pleasant and professional.

My sparkling water ordered with dinner didn’t arrive. VERY limited room service dining options, which was the most disappointing after a long day. I filled out the breakfast card as instructed and hung it on the door handle outside my room, but breakfast never arrived. When I checked outside the door in case it had been delivered and I didn’t hear the knock, I found the card still hanging there.

The Hotel is beautiful, like new. Great location for us as we went to a wedding in Ramarama.

Accessing the pool through the restaurant/bar. Very expensive place. Don't like the wifi set up by having to join a Hilton club to access better and safer wifi.

The helpful and friendly disposition of all team members...especially Yash(?) who checked us in. The buffet breakfast menu is outstanding. Our room comfortable with quality fittings/ high standard. A perfect experience.

Newer hotel so updated amenities. The bed was very comfy

I had written a measage to the hotel via booking messenger service and didn’t hear back. And the hotel had sent me emails addressed to another person. I also was unable to make the breakfast at the hotel due to my schedule so I was bummed I missed that opportunity.

I liked how it was clean, front admin staff were welcoming not so much as the waitresses im afraid as they were very poor customer service. I like the room we had

I got insect bites sleeping in the bed and had to have a shower when I get home, change my clothes and wash everything in my bag as I was kept up all night very itchy. Apologies made but that didn’t change the fact that there’s still bite marks on my body from the hotel
