The only thing I liked is the response from them to the message left on booking.com

Almost everything. The room was never prepared. There was no dustbin, Door knobs wont operate, Tap handles are broken, No toilet tissues, cloth hangers, Dressing table light also broken, TV wont turn on, Wifi wont connect, Kettle was smelly. So I paid 2000 rupees only for a bed and a dirty sofa ?

The location of the hotel

Room Service. The room Service was very bad and poor. We had to remind the room services repeatedly for providing the bare minimum items like cutlery etc. Cleaning did not happen on time. Linen was not upto the mark.

during the stay, the toilets were not at all clean. we were very particular that the toilets are clean. the lift was not working on that day. we had to climb 4 floors just to reach our room.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BILL FROM HOTEL FOR MY STAY, AS PER HOTEL STAFF IT WILL COME FROM BOOKING.COM BUT NEITHER OF THEM HAVE GIVEN MY BILL, I NEED THE BILL FOR MY STAY.

It's very uncomfortable, Ac not working complaining to reception those guys were not taking any action , after 30 min again I am asking those people to change the room but the staff told no rooms available but after asking some time they were giving another room.. staff were liars mains in reception

Reception staff

The staff are not aware if how to handle the requests of customer. We wanted an early break fast by 30 min. But they did not even hear our request but denied that it's not possible. We were leaving for Airport n hence wanted some light break fast. The rooms are dirty with cock roaches all over and the overall stay was very disappointing.

Staff should be more courteous and more supportive. Hygiene to be maintained
