Our family lives in Orlando but New Smyrna is my hometown where I grew up. We decided to take a long weekend and stay in Smyrna to see family and relax. This home had everything e could possibly need! It was clean, cozy and much bigger than we expected! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great location, great condo with everything we needed. The room directly off the pool was so convenient and we still had a great view of the ocean. My one compliant is the sewer gnats/fruit flies we couldn’t get rid of.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were soft. Everything you need was there! Only downside was parking was extremely tight. We had a wonderful time. Look forward to coming back!

Parking is poor one very small spot in tight spot. Was told to park in street or at a nearby parking place that closes at 11pm, so my husband parked his new 2923 Chevrolet truck on the street and had a ticket when he left the next morning because he turned the truck the opposite direction on a one way street. #2 Dishwasher seal was just hanging so of course it flooded kitchen #3 huge water leak in bunk room the room is carpeted and the leak had been leaking for some time the wood was dark brown and already soft in the flooring. After the wall was cut through not sure if this was the cause of the #4 sudden roaches but we seen roaches in the 2 bedrooms this was reported and they did spray while we were there on day 5 day 2-3 was the water leaks. I stayed all day at the condo with 2 different maintenance guys coming( neither plumbers ) not sure why if water leak I would assume that’s the first person you send . The plumber came the next morning early he said hair was in the drain (standing water I might add in this bedroom near bathroom and under chest. Vacassa did reply pretty fast to these concerns it just wasn’t what we were expecting for our vacation.

Took a quick trip to the beach to put the kids in surf camp. Perfect location. I loved being able to sit on my patio and see the kids in the pool. Overall for price per night very nice. I would say the primary mattress is very old which made the stay uncomfortable. I also come very prepared but was surprised there was no hand soap, one roll of paper towels and one trash bag. We all had a blast!

Elevator is working! Spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful location. Walk out to the pool and beach access - AMAZING! Thank you for a great time. We will be back in September.

We really liked the property, and the environment, but it was challenging to get in initially. Perhaps some more clearer written instructions could help.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is clean and well equipped. Easy access to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

I will start at the beginning! We arrived at the Wave after 5 and there was no one around. The elevator was out of order and had been for 2 weeks, no one notified me of this and I had my elderly mother in law with me who can’t climb stairs so I had to have someone drive over an hr one way to pick her up! Without a key you couldn’t access the stairs and the key was In The condo so we couldn’t get in. I called Vacasa and they said someone would be there in about 20 minutes, no one ever came! After an hour someone came down the stairs to walk their dog so he let us in, by this time we were chewed up by mosquitoes. Once we drug food, luggage,etc up the stairs and entered the condo we were disappointed to see that it hadn’t been cleaned throughly, old coffee and grounds left in pot, dirty sink with food, terribly wrinkled sheets on the beds, no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. The complex is quite and the pool deck is very nice but there is no office or anyone around to ask questions or get help. The condo is looking pretty shabby and needs painting and upgrades to the furniture in the living room. The beds are very comfortable but towels we’re just thrown under the sinks. We had a nice time all in all but these issues really need to be addressed! The management company should be double checking and should definitely let renters know if the elevator doesn’t work, this was a real issue for us!!

Check in / check out process was easy. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location to pool (only 3 ft deep) and beach was excellent. As noted in other reviews, parking spot is tight, but big enough for a midsize SUV and great to be able to park inside the garage for convenience. Would stay here again when we are in the area. TV channels were limited unless you have a streaming service to log in. This wasn’t an issue for us as it gives a reason to enjoy the great view. Listing was very accurate.

Everything was better than expected. The house was spacious and clean. We had 3 young girls. The lower level which was walk out to the pool was perfect. The pool was small but no complaint at all. No one seemed annoyed. The kitchen was equipped extremely well. There were beach toys and chairs and umbrella. There were many beach towels. The location on the beach was really nice. It is on the drive section but not busy with cars at all. At times it was like we were on a private beach. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We’ve been to NSB many of times and we we’re happy to have found Wave 202. We will certainly return.

Surprised when we walked into unit. It was filthy and several items within the condo were broken. Medication was left on the master bedroom nightstand. Extremely disappointed. Also we had zero view of the ocean the only thing we saw was the pool halfway up from the backside. If I would’ve known I never would’ve rented that unit in regards to the view. Probably my fault on that.

My Family of 6 six had an amazing long weekend at this home. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked - we only needed groceries. The kitchen had everything we needed and we made breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, dining al fresco on the patio. The beds were comfortable and the location quiet for a great night's sleep. The size was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kiddos - including a teenager. Ok, location is awesome. A quiet stretch of beach but just a quick drive to the main shopping/ attractions. We were able to allow the kids to play in the pool (only 3 feet deep) while we either cooked or prepared for the day as there are large windows that allowed us to keep an eye on them. Beach was a quick walk off of the pool deck and was absolutely perfect. Each morning we watched the sunrise and set up our tent for the day. The listing said there were no beach towels but they do have them stocked. Also, there are pool/ beach toys available as well. Parking was "tight". Only 1 space and it is in between pillars in the garage. We have a large SUV so had to let the kids out before we parked. 1 Spot is fine for us (one family, one car) but if couples are planning to meet up with their kids parking on the street is very limited and there is only 1 accessible parking spot and one guest spot out front (which were already taken). I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and we plan on coming again as it was a perfect fit for us.
