Great house! Just as pictured and beds were very comfortable. Crossing the road to the beach is a bit tricky.

Wasn’t crazy about having to cross an extremely busy highway to get to the beach. Also, listen to that traffic all night. Carpets were really stained and a bit of a turn off. No sheets for pull out beds. But on a positive note, the house is very nice and the kitchen has quality equipment. Also, arriving there was a little confusing as the cover photo is the back of the house. When GPS tells you that you’ve arrived, you’re not seeing the picture in the photo. Checkin is late and checkout is early. Not really value for money. So for us it wasn’t the greatest stay, however it may be for someone else. I did love that it was pet friendly.

Originally from Biloxi MS but moved to Nashville TN area. Brought my fiancés family and friends down for the trip and wanted a to stay together with good access to beach and coastal experiences. The home was excellent!

We didn’t stay in the house much because there was so much to see nearby. We spent a day in New Orleans and a day in Pensacola Beach. The beds were nice and there were plenty of bathrooms for the whole family. Loved the master bathroom and double shower! The road noise woke us up every day but we are from Denver and we were on a different time schedule so it didn’t matter. Walking distance to casinos and good beach bars.

We so enjoyed our stay here, and had plenty of space for everyone. The house is well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The porch is amazing, and I’d say we spent the majority of our time on it! Beautiful sunsets. It was just what we needed for our daughters wedding weekend, and with 5 bathrooms, getting ready was no problem. Hope to stay again, but when we can enjoy the house more!

Had an amazing time! Spent time with family in a spacious beach house with a perfect view. Loved the many amenities especially the pool table. We’re able to host dinner for local family with a full kitchen! The playground right next door offered a quick way to get wiggles out of the littles! Flexible to the end, our flight out cancelled and it was a cinch to extend. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful home!

I love this house. Everything was so clean and have more than enough supplies. Property was available when needed.

We had 12 putting the two kids on air mattresses in the master suite and it was perfect for the 10 grown folk. I didn't read this in the comments, but I think it is important to note that 4 out of 5 bedrooms have a bathroom in the bedroom, which is so nice when you are with family. This is a beautiful property, and the attention to detail is like no other. The location is fantastic, and this is just a great place to hang out. We absolutely will be back again!

This place is amazing. Perfect for a family of 5 with three teenagers. Plenty of space. Plenty to do and the porch upstairs is where I wanted to stay. We have already rebooked it. Thanks for the hospitality of the host as well.

When my sister died two years ago on the other side of the continent from me, our family was too undone to get together. Instead, we gathered this month in your wonderful house for reunion and celebration. Six adults, two teenagers, one child. Everybody had privacy as well as community along with plenty of space to play. Thank you for designing such a comfortable space.

The property was excellent and a great location. The group stayed only at the property for two nights and had an amazing time. We talked about booking every year for our annual trip.

We had a work retreat here in parallel with a conference and the house worked great for our group of five. The house seems freshly refurbished and the kitchen worked perfect for a few meals so we didn't have to eat out as often. The beach is right across the road, which is a little busy, and loud some times of the day, but not too bad. We highly recommend this property.

Our stay was great very clean big enough for my family the property manager was great!!!!! The property was absolutely beautiful will recommend this property and I will book again with my family for another stay…

I wish everyone could have a host like James. He was so understanding, accommodating, and communicative. The property is conveniently located across from the beach, a little park, and close to the casinos and food. The rooms were all clean. The furniture was beautiful. The bathrooms were big, stocked with towels, and multiple toiletries. There’s a big beautiful deck for lounging with a grill area. We loved having the huge kitchen with everything we could need for cooking. The fridge doesn’t get extremely cold, but James was super responsive. We stayed at this rental for three nights and enjoyed each level of comfort and convenience. There’s a lot of stairs, but a really cool lift outside that helped us move our grandma upstairs. It simply takes a few minutes to transition. Overall, I have no major complaints about; just praise! Thank you for hosting us!

Rarely do you book a place that looks better in person than it does in the pics! James' home was beautiful and so well appointed. There's beach access literally across the street but even a day spent on the deck just taking in the sea breeze makes for a great day. Each bathroom was fully stocked with quality tolietries and towels. The beds were comfy and the shared living spaces were well situated. Would definitely return here.

The house was very clean, upgraded appliances, wonderfully comfortable beds, fabulous views. No complaints at all.

Very clean , well stocked for meal preparation, The owner was very responsive to some a/c issues and questions . Bedding situation listed 12 guest, although 1 bedroom had a very uncomfortable futon / sofa only , one sleeping space was listed as flex space , it was the Only living room and it was the two sofas ( not a good bed situation). It really only had 4 bedroom set up as bedrooms (not 5 ). I would list this property as accommodating 8 guest with one futon . We had 11 adults and 1 child we went and purchased two air mattress to laccommodated sleeping situation. I would definitely rent this again but only with 8 people!

Great place. Great view. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. The smoke alarms went off on consecutive nights due to low battery(different ones each night) after we were sleeping. The microwave didn’t work.

The property is awesome. It was 14 of us and more than enough room. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. Literally across from the beach. Three levels. If I could do anything differently, I’d explore the entire property before going to Walmart. The owner really has everything you need to just relax and enjoy. We will be back for sure.

We stayed 4/23-28/23, ages 70, 68, 64, 45, 45, 42, 7, 2. Beautiful, well equipped, everything you need except hangers (we drove so we had hangers). Appliances are high end and there's a countertop ice maker. 4 bedrooms, all with private baths and smart TV's. A sleeper sofa is in "bedroom 5" and a full bath right across the hall. Be prepared to climb stairs (in any property in Biloxi!) Flight from the ground to first level has 28, to second level, 20-ish more. There is a handy chair lift located out on the deck which runs from Ground to Level 1. If you have kids, you will want to watch that elevator. Our 7-year old found the elevator before anyone knew it existed. The elevator was parked at the deck level which is about 16-18 feet from the ground. When he opened the safety gate, he could step onto the elevator. Had the elevator been at ground level, the gate would have opened to nothing but air! The two year old quickly learned how to undo the latch watching her older cousin. Got zip ties immediately to lock gate and switch box. Even with the elevator parked at the deck level, when the safety gate is open, there is a gap between deck rail and elevator for a child to slip through. I would recommend an easy open adult combination lock for that gate. Other than that easy fix, everything was perfect! Beach across street, and traffic is a bit hectic, but you can walk across. We drove a couple of blocks west and parked right at the beach! I would highly recommend! THANKS!!
