This property was great all around. A quiet neighborhood, super clean with very nice furnishings, nice bedding, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay.

A group of girlfriends spent a weekend at this property in September. We spent most of our time in the beautiful kitchen and dining room. Love the butlers pantry! Great location and nice quiet neighborhood.

I was so impressed by this home! Stayed here with a group of ladies on a Newport Bachelorette party. Ubers were easy to get Downtown at night and was a quick drive to the really cute Newport shops and Newport vineyard! The house itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a group. The host was extremely accommodating to my requests and seemed truly invested in making sure we had a great trip. Highly highly recommend this home ! My best experience with VRBO/air B&b.

We had a lovely mother-daughter stay at this home. The ocean is just down the end of the next street, so the house is bathed in ocean breezes and has good access to Middletown beaches. A quick car trip to downtown Newport. House is immaculate, with coastal-chic decor, comfortable beds, great outdoor furniture, and many thoughtful extras (tons of beach towels, outdoor shower, wine left for us.) Lovely finished lower level with ping pong table, bathroom and living room was amazing for giving kids and parents separate socializing spaces. Already booked for the winter, when we will come back to enjoy the lovely fireplace, cozy rooms and quiet beach walks.

Spacious, clean, and newly furnished house. Perfect for groups! 20min drive to Newport downtown.

Not only is this house exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, but the location is truly ideal. Any essential stores (grocery, cvs/walgreens, gas etc.) were 5 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient, and the beach and Newport shops/restaurants were and easy 15 min. After a day at the beach/exploring Newport, it was so nice to come back to a beautiful house that was on a cul-de-sac/residential quiet area. It felt like a retreat - the kids could play in the backyard or have their own space downstairs watching a movie or playing ping-pong while we relaxed on the back deck or got ready for dinner. If you love to cook, the kitchen is a dream kitchen, but otherwise, it is an easy drive to downtown Newport or local Middletown restaurants. Everything felt convenient and easy, which is exactly what we were looking for, and with the comforts of feeling like you were at home. We appreciated the thoughtful gift the owners left for us, and we would most definitely recommend this as a perfect getaway vacation spot!
