The listing said it had 2 full baths but the Master bath shower water temp was not adjustable and was scalding hot so couldn’t be used. It was obvious that it had been that way for awhile and was not reviewed to us. Contacted them and they said they would schedule their plumber and let me know their arrival. They never let me know so we ended up having to check out a day early and get 2 hotel rooms for the last night. The property manager offered a 10% off on our next stay but would do nothing on adjusting the price on this stay even tho they wanted to know our arrival time so they could send someone over to make sure everything was as it should be there before we checked in. Also had to Contact them after we arrived to get house code for access to the house.

This property was nice clean and quiet! It was great place to rent for work purposes and the host was awesome!!

The property managers of this place stated that cleaners were there "cleaning" a day or two prior to my arrival, and that pool maintenance regularly comes twice a week. The house was not clean: dead bugs/flys on floors and carpets, cobwebs and spiderwebs with bugs stuck to them on every ceiling edge and ceiling corner in the entire house, dirt and debis on the stairs. The pool was not clean nor working: completely covered with leaves and used napkins on the bottom of the pool floor. The reason I specify "pool floor" is because if the pool was at all cleaned, I would accept dirt/debris on the pool if it was floating, as it takes a few days for leaves to sink to the bottom, therefore it can be implied that the pool was never cleaned prior to our arrival, the skimmer basket was also filled and never cleaned/emptied. The pool also was not working at all, the jets never turned on throughout the entire stay. The owner did send a cleaner to clean the house a few days in, and said he'll send the pool guy, but no one ever came

The house is nice overall and the management was easy to communicate with. My downsides would be there are plenty of spots you can tell this was most likely a flipped house (floors not lining up, some sidding missing things like that). The outside camera alsp emitts a high pitched ringing anytime someone walked outside so that got annoying. The modern furniture looks really nice but it lacks in being able to sit and enjoy the living space.

All In all i would recommend this property and definitely stay here again!!

Good Morning, I wanted to touch base with you over several issues. To begin with, I had to sign separate paperwork for a rental I had already paid for. On the day of check out, I was contacted to make sure I signed that paperwork prior to arrival. As frustrating as that was since the booking, it was more frustrating that I had already signed and I was still being asked to sign it. We arrived at the rental property in Mesquite on Tuesday. We had no lights working inthe patio that evening, and I contacted a representative to let them know on Wednesday at 12:45. I then had to reach out again at 3:09 that same day due to no response. I finally got a response asking if I saw the swtich. I did not say anything about the comment, seemed pretty obvious I would check the switch while turning on a light. The lights still did not work so she mentioned someone would come look on Thursday. Thursday was our last evening at the property which would have made for two of the three nights of swimming in the dark, unfortunate. However, no one even came and we again swam in the dark on Thursday. I texted about how dangerous that was for us to be out in the back with no lights, and my girls tripped several times. No one ever reached back out, and whomever I was in contact with left my message on "read" Patio furniture was also clearly not checked, the images attached are of a patio chair with faulty leg that just bent when my dad sat on it. He is 65 years old and fell back from the patio onto the rocks and scraped his arm severely. Please see attached images. The cleaning crew you hired previously for this home also did not do their job. We found crumbs of chips underneath the recliner chairs (we had not been in the room nor had we bought those kinds of chips) , I found a screw on the floor by the ping pong table whom anyone could have stepped on or worse my toddler could have swallowed. The containers for the shampoos were broken, and the shower between rooms 1 and 2 had the faucet detached from the shower wall. We made the best of the stay, but these all were very dangerous and I do not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I would like to know what your company can do to compensate for these inconveniences and lack of customer service on a rental that was presented to be safe and fun for a family. Thank you.
