We didn't have A/C the dishwasher was broken , cookware needs to be replaced. The checkin process took 40 minutes.

The Vacasa team was amazing they were very helpful and quick on responding if I had any questions or problems

Loved the view, patio was wonderful, outside furniture was great. All the rooms were fresh spacious. Baths were good.

We checked in on Friday 1/5 and thought the place looked nice. On 1/6 we woke up and there were multiple roaches in the kitchen and the rooms. We had to throw away multiple food items due to the roaches being in them. I messaged the host and advised them of the roaches and someone came to the room with raid and foggers. Not sure why they thought we would be able to set off the foggers while still staying there since you have to evacuate to do them. We saw more roaches on Saturday evening I messaged the host again letting them know that we have seen multiple roaches and i would like to get a refund. it is now 1/11 and still haven’t received a call back or a refund.

Renters should be informed that resort parking / wristbands are required and will incur an additional $70 charge. Resort security can be a bit brash (especially towards teens). There's also an insanely long wait for elevators (+20 mins) at times. We noticed a few moldy spots in shower and mattress cover was stained. Otherwise, the location is great and centered around everything. Unit is on top floor, so no worries about noise from upstairs residents.

The condo itself was spacious, but in need of a good deep clean. Walls were extremely dirty, and sheets stained. Kids were afraid to sleep on the sheets they were so stained, so they slept on top the covers and bought small blankets at Walmart. The a/c was amazing. Bathtubs and sinks slow to drain. Elevators were a nightmare, but that is not at fault of the condo owner. We were generally happy.

The view feom the 21st floor was stunning!! Great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Spacious condo.

Condo was super dirty, don’t let the Vrbo pictures fool you. Every wall is covered in handprints, appliances were dirty, cobwebs in all the windows, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in months. A/C unit stopped working for 24-30hrs. Took 5 calls to the help desk before repair person showed up.

Loved that the home was clean!! It had everything we needed and the view is spectacular. We were offered early check in and late checkout. Both are rare and made our trip even better.

We loved 2111 the view was great, condo was very nice, Wi-Fi worked very well, everything you needed to have a great time.
