Location, location, location. This property was perfect for taking a nice walk to the peer and Main Street. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful homes all around. Description of the property was very accurate. There were no surprises especially with parking the car. The house was very clean. The only issue we noticed was on the glasses and other various items in the kitchen. Everything was clean but items had water spots. We think this was due to hard water. The only ask would be directions on how to use the TVs. A little more detail would help those of us who still have cable and aren't familiar with streaming. Responses from any questions we had were answered quickly!! Amazing place!

Great Beach Cottage with a backyard.

This was a great stay for our family. The house was great, with beautiful decor & peaceful surroundings. My kids really enjoyed the board games provided! The reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5 is just because we could have used a hammock, or some bikes on the property to ride down the bike path. We also needed trash cans in the bedrooms & there was confusion on where the trash cans were located outside, along with a last minute call from the property manager to move the trash cans back in from the curb, but we were out of the house and unable to do so. Overall this was a nice place for our family to stay and we would definitely book here again.

The neighborhood was quiet, and there were bakeries and restaurants two blocks behind that made it easy to use. It was also nice to walk along the beach. gave my family a nice vacation.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary and it checked all the boxes for us. The charming exterior was only outdone by the cozy and well thought out interior. The street the house is on is 3 blocks from a downtown so good it was literally in a Hallmark movie. The backyard is big and full of amenities like a fire pit, propane grill, and well designed porch. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a gourmet vodka pasta meal for my wife from scratch while she made us craft cocktails. The living room was super comfortable and the TV was chock full of options and easy to operate. The master bedroom’s bed was a dream with plenty of pillows and was large enough for my wife to sleep without me bumping into her all night. It was clear each part of this cozy cottage was well thought out and designed with the end user in mind. I’ll be back. I’ll tell more people about it. This hidden gem won’t stay hidden for long.

I absolutely love the Saltwater Tides Cottage located in the quaint town of historic Safety Harbor. It’s my favorite place to stay when I visit family, friends and to do a little networking when I’m in town. Beautifully decorated in a vintage coastal theme, this cottage is well stocked for an extended stay as a home away from home or for a quick trip. I easily set up my remote office in the rear enclosed porch overlooking the well manicured back yard. BBQ with friends and roast marshmallows around the fire pit outside. My favorite place to have a cup of coffee in the morning is the front enclosed porch that has a water view. Perfectly located in walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor which is full of unique restaurants, shops and the famous Safety Harbor Spa. The town has tons of events and things to do but a short drive to the most beautiful beaches in the state. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Very comfortable and well equipped cottage in Safety Harbor. Loved sitting in the front enclose with a slight view of the bay, reading my book and just relaxing. The bay is just a short walk down the street which leads to the walking and biking trail. At the park you can kayak, canoe, paddle board, fish etc. Very close. I enjoyed biking the trail. The Main Street is a very close walk from the cottage for shopping and dining. Very conveniently located to both St. Pete Airport and Tampa International. Also a short ride to the beaches. Great price for everything you wish to do in Safety Harbor and the Tampa/Clearwater area.

This place was lovely and we enjoyed staying here for 4th! Tastefully decorated, lots of ceiling fans and a great A/C system to stay cool, and were able to walk a block away to the water to watch a beautiful fireworks display! Very comfortable for me and my dad and my other family members who came over for dinner on the 4th! My only complaint were the discrepancies in the listing online and the actual place. The listing said there was a 2 car driveway, but when we pulled up to the house, there was no driveway in site. After we parked on the street and explored the property, we discovered a patch of grass behind the back yard fence where the alley was that was supposed to be for parking cars. I wouldn't call it a driveway and there was no mention in the check in details that you had to drive to the alley behind the house to access it. Furthermore, there isn't a clear path to get to the front door of the house from the alley- we ended up having to trudge through some pretty tall grass and walk through the neighbor's property to get to the front door because the gates to the backyard wont open from the outside. This is all perfectly fine, I just wish it had been noted in the check in instructions so we could have been better prepared, as we arrived late at night in the rain and it was pretty confusing trying to figure all this out in the dark. I also noted that the guest book inside the home said that check out was at 11 but the check out instructions I got from management company said it was at 10. Of course we left at 10 just to be sure, but it would be nice if the information inside the home matched the information from the management company renting out this house.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property! We were sad the fire pit had no propane and even informed the property manager about it but the backyard was gorgeous and enjoyed hanging out in it. Parking was slightly confusing. Just park in the back of the house along the white fence because there is no driveway or clear location to park. I was working a conference in Tampa and my wife worked remotely from the home so it was close enough for me to get to Tampa to work and come home around 4 to grab the family and head to honeymoon island state park and hangout at the beach for a few hours!
