Condo very clean All appliances looked very new Decor was great!

We love the condo and we look forward booking it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 804 is beautifully decorated and newly renovated, however the issues with Building Tower 4 will keep me from ever staying in this rental again. The elevator experience for my 7 day start was horrible. Only 2 elevators for a 14 floor building. Only one elevator worked most of my stay and both were down some days forcing everyone to use the stairs. The right side elevator malfunctioned often - flickering lights, stopping randomly, falling several floors, and getting stuck. It trapped guests twice and the fire department was called to rescue them. An ambulance was called once for injured guests due to the elevators falling. The elevators are a vital and necessary function of a multi floor condo unit. We really enjoyed this condo!! It was very clean and the 8th floor was perfect for gazing at the beach on the balcony. It had everything we needed, we didnt cook much but did see that the kitchen was well stocked with silverware and cooking items. Nicely updated and very well kept!!! We will definitely remember this one for future vacations!! Thanks so much!!!!

Great week! Rental was very nice and as pictured! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Overall i really like but must improve with cleaning. To be clean in special for a family with children it is a must. The rugs in bathrooms was dirty with hair and floor also was dirty. The bathtub curtain was molded and in the master bedroom the curtain was broken.

Our week in PCB was perfect. We loved everything about this condo. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, amazing showers! Location was perfect. I was chaperoning a senior trip of girls and they loved how they could walk to Pineapple Willy’s every day. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Absolutely perfect!!
