Central location for us to visit many family members in Cincy was key as well as great price and short walk to the casino!

Loved staying here. The condo is decorated with a lot of class and small touches. At the same time, it's warm, cozy, relaxing and feels like home. I'd say it's even nicer than the pictures. The bathroom is also up to par with high-end hotels. I make an annual trip to the city and will definitely book this again.

The condo was perfect for our 2 night get away after our wedding. It was in a perfect location, within walking distance to so much and just a short Uber ride away from anything else. The condo was clean and cozy! We would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about our stay here. The place was spacious and quiet. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to just about everything. Short walk to the baseball and football stadiums. We’d love to stay here again.

The owner was very helpful with the booking, able to assist with my travel plans. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned. Some free snacks which were really appreciated by the kids. Great accessibility to the aquarium and great ball park.

This location worked well for us, we don’t get over to that side of the city often. We had 4 adults the sleep sofa was small. But we would rent again. Maybe throw a single role up memory foam in the closet My son in law would have had more room on the floor. This is a great place for 2. Parking is very reasonable across the street. Thanks

This property was so amazing and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Casino, which was my destination. I had great communication with the owner, I received an email the day before check in and the morning of check out.

This property was close to the venue I attended, which made it convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was parking.

This property was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do downtown and finding a parking spot was never an issue. The space was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were even some snacks for us to enjoy.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Staying here is like staying at the areas best kept secret. I was blown away by how clean, great smelling and CLOSE to everything we wanted to do this condo really was. I hope to stay here everytime we are in Cincinnati from now on. We honestly had the best time here. Will is very thoughtful. He put together a binder that shows dining and club options that are close enough for a short walk or Uber ride away. There are a ton of eating places and several club options that are close by as well. I know other guests complained about the parking situation (no designated parking spot). My husband and I found it VERY EASY. I messaged Will ahead of arriving and he gave me the address of a parking garage literally acrossed the street that we were able to utilize. We parked our car and left it there the entire time. We walked to the Hard Rock Casino and used Uber or Lyft for everywhere else we wanted to go. One thing I want to mention is how relaxed on “house rules” Will was. Other places I have stayed have been super heavy with rules that make it difficult to relax. That is not the case here. We were able to relax and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We found it very easy to check-in and check-out with no contact. Even though we never met him, Will did reach out via the VRBO app to make sure things were going well for us and to see if we needed anything.

Good location, parking was an adjustment but it is located in a nice area. 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice condo in a convenient location. Although, parking can get expensive if you don't research options. The condo was clean, but not up to our standards. The cleaning company could do a better job. My only complaint were the upstair's tenants were very loud (heavy stomping) late in the night (midnight) & early in the morning (5:30 AM).

Booked the stay for a wedding weekend for me, my wife, and our dog and everything about the place was great. Only a 5 minute Uber/10 minute walk to all the bars/restaurants downtown. Also there is a nice little dog park, called Fido Field, that is a 4 min walk from the place and is great to help burn off energy for your dog before all of the social occasions. Communicating with Will was also super easy and a pleasure! Thanks for hosting us!

I would NOT suggest you come here with an infant though. We spent a ton of time chasing around our 9-month old making sure he didn’t ruin any of the nice decor. Would be a really nice VRBO for a couple to stay in. My only wish is that it came with a parking space or more detailed instructions on the parking situation for people with city driving anxieties like us!

I came out to relax and have fun

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Cincinnati. First of all, it is very clean and comfortable. Secondly, parking for the long weekend was very easy and reasonable. Thirdly it was very close to a great many restaurants, pubs and sights. Also, the residents of this building and very friendly and welcoming. I hope the next time I visit Cincy, it will be available.

Clean, modern, up-to-date space, within walking distance to downtown and OTR, has everything you'll need for a quick trip or a week-long getaway. Access codes are needed for the building and room, very secure!
