Enjoyed the unit, everything clean and well kept. Rooms very large and accommodating. Only 1 complaint, however. Couldn’t figure out the ROKU tv setup. Couldn’t get regular CBS, ABC or NBC stations. Overall, enjoyed our stay in the unit.

This condo is clean and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortably held our two families of four with room to spare. Absolutely beautiful views. Great location, easy drive to the OC boardwalk and Fenwick/Bethany. Friendly and responsive owners.

This is the first time we’ve stayed ocean side—we really enjoyed the view from both balconies! Being on the end feels more private. The location is great with only a couple blocks to Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, and breakfast at Laytons. The owners were super responsive to questions and any issues that came up. Definitely will return.

We found the property to be very nice. Enjoyed having direct access to the beach, the outside pool and the inside pool. Enjoyed sunsets and sunrises.

We were more than pleased with the condo! The condo had everything you would need. The views of the ocean and views of the bay from each of the decks were breathtaking! The owners were absolutely amazing! They were extremely accessible and accommodating. The owners helped to make this a carefree vacation!

This is our first time staying in an end unit at the Plaza. Having the extra room, 2 balconies, and an extra window on the side was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone with three bedrooms. Everything we could have wanted was provided. The owners were amazing and I one hundred percent recommend staying at their place. We were in Ocean City for a short week's vacation the beginning of June. This condo is absolutely beautiful and just as described in the listing. Beautiful, bright and airy with plenty of space. The tv is awesome and the beds are very comfortable. The balconies are roomy and great view of the beach. Owners were quick to reply to any concerns. Beth, thank you for use of the beach chairs and umbrella and helping to make our vacation enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit is mostly as pictured. Hosts very responsive. Typical minor issues as with most rentals. Clean, comfortable living room furniture and great TV, good oceanfront balcony furniture as well as private bayfront balcony area.

This was a wonderful unit, very clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed (loved the waffle maker 😊). The hosts are the best, very quick with corresponding, very helpful, very kind. This unit being and end unit is an added bonus as you have a private bay side patio to watch the beautiful sunsets, in addition to the oceanfront patio to watch the sunrises. We love the Plaza building and all its amenities. We look forward to staying here again!!

Great large nicely decorated condo right on the beach. The views are fantastic. The moon rising over the ocean from the front balcony as the sun was setting from the rear balcony was beautiful. Unit was fully equipped with whatever you may need. The owner responded quickly to any questions. You would be happy if you chose this one.

Views were fabulous and the complex and condo was clean. Communication was excellent. Condo is on the 16th floor on the end which provided better views more privacy and a bay view balcony.

Owners were extremely responsive. Great location and great building amenities. Unit was exactly as pictured. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed for a few days in September 2022 for Bike Fest. Perfect Location just far enough from the pier. Very clean, and great views. Wish there were bunk beds in extra rooms instead of a single and queen. We will definitely be renting again.

Well maintained condo with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and beach!

We had a family gathering of 9. We had kids aged 3,4 and 6 years old in our party. They loved the pools and beach. The unit was roomy, well equipped and clean. The view is a 10. We would rent the unit again next season but looks like it is all booked up!

The property was awesome overall! The location couldn't have been better....a quick drive to the boardwalk but far enough away to offer a bit more peaceful atmosphere.....with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. The condo looked exactly like the photos. The oceanfront balcony was our happy place. The fact that it is a corner unit was very appreciated since it allowed us extra space to put all our beach supplies without hauling sandy tents, etc into the condo itself. The condo also had sufficient room for our group of 10. It was well stocked with spices, games, cookware, some beach chairs, etc.... The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. Our only slight complaint with the condo was the second bathroom shower pressure could have been better. The PLAZA could improve access for handicapped people. There were no ramps or pool lifts and the lift to lower wheelchairs down to beach level was marked "out of order" during our stay--until the last day when we saw it being used to lift bar supplies. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family enjoyed the condo at The Plaza. Spectacular views of the ocean and the bay and plenty of windows to open allowing us to listen to the gentle waves of the ocean all night long. The location allowed for privacy and a peaceful environment. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our week spent there was absolutely wonderful.
