We absolutely loved our stay here! Our condo was just as described! It was clean, furnished & decorated beautifully & had so much room for our family of 7 & even more if we needed it! The balcony is huge, with so much furniture/seating & a beautiful view! The entire resort is amazing!! So many pools, amenities & is very clean! It is in a perfect location that is close to everything! Communication was quick & easy & we were even able to checkin 2 hours early!! This was by far our my favorite spring break spot! We will definitely be back here again & can’t wait!

It was the perfect spot for our spring break. We took seven teenagers and they had plenty to do there on the property. The condo itself was clean and roomy.

This was our second stay at this one of a kind condo where you can watch beach AND bay side sunsets from one seat. Accommodations are luxurious, clean, and spacious. Check-in and check-out processes were unbelievably easy, leaving no questions to be asked. Plan to come back annually!

We love our stay at Caribe. The location is perfect, close enough to get to everything quickly but right out of the crazy part of traffic. The view is breathtaking. We loved having breakfast and enjoying the sunrise. Will definitely be back.

The resort is great and has big rooms and lots of things to do. Beach access is limited and difficult to procure without paying *another* parking pass. But overall a very nice stay

hot but wonderful, wish we could have checked out putt putt they closed to early, worker said 8pm they closed at 6 so the kids were sad!

Spacious, beautiful condo. Had everything we needed for a family of 7. The 3 outdoor pools and lazy river were where we spent most of our time. When we were in the condo, the huge balcony was our favorite place to relax while taking in views of both the Gulf and Old River. If we had any questions, the management agency answered them within minutes. We will definitely be back to this unit.

We all loved our stay at Caribe. This unit is 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, a bunk room off the kitchen and a big laundry room. We had 3 couples and a teenager and plenty of space. One bedroom has a window facing the inside hallway and someone knocked on it at 3 am one night. We only had one parking pass with our unit which seems silly for a 4 bedroom. Vrbo charged me $30 for an extra but one couple got it for $25 at the registration desk on site. It was difficult to find parking if we came in later than 7 pm. We were unable to get a luggage cart on Sunday morning to load our car even after waiting 30 minutes for one. Half the lightbulbs were out around the bathroom mirrors so I guess the cleaning staff doesn’t change those. Loved having an ice machine and wine fridge in our unit. We all thought the mattresses were a little too firm. Pools were great and the balcony and view are spectacular. We went across the street to shell beach everyday and loved it. We would stay here again.

Multiple appliances needed repair and we were unable to use

The condo was in good condition. The pools and playground were very nice. I specifically rented the condo because of the lazy river which closed during our entire. It was a planned maintenance activity which I was not made aware of. Thel lady at the desk at the resort was very unfriendly and there was clearly some dissatisfaction with customers who rent from outside companies. The beach was a very long way away (especially with small children) and even the tram only got you to a very long boardwalk that you needed to walk to get to the beach.

This property is beautiful. We had a couple of bumps, things needing repair, but management took care of everything promptly. We also had a weather delay in our arrival on the front end, and were offered the ability to stay that time at the back end of the trip. Would definitely rent this property again!

Everything was great . Condo was beautiful. Only comment I have was kitchen was not as well equipped as most places I’ve rented , no serving spoons and a shortage of serving bowls . Rest of kitchen equipment was very nice

My family enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our sister’s 50th Birthday. The property and room were beautiful along with the amenities. The property was actually in close proximity to a great restaurant and the Marina if you wanted to do any water or boat rentals. Very relaxing, we loved our stay and had no problems at all.

Love staying at the Caribe. This is our 6th year in a row staying there. The condos are nice and spacious and the pools are awesome. We also like having a boat slip on site. Our family doesn't want to stay anywhere else.

The condo was beautiful. The views were amazing. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms created such a welcoming and relaxing environment. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We stayed with two other families and had plenty of space to relax. The condo complex provided so many options to be entertained. The boats rentals, restaurant and beach access made it very easy to get out and enjoy the area. We definitely would come back!

Served us well, liked being close to elevator. As good as being on the beach!

If you go to the beach for the pool this a wonderful property to stay at. If you go to the beach for the beach you may be disappointed. The beach is very far away. There is a trolley that makes the distance seem shorter, but once you get to the drop off location you have a long long walk to get to the ocean. If you want to look at the opening of the bay and other condos all day then there is a shorter walk to a beach available. The resort is very clean and has lots of amenities, unfortunately when my family and I come to the beach we want to be able to hear and get to the ocean in a quick walk. We were very pleased with our room, it was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. All in all we were satisfied, and the only negative experience was the distance to the ocean.

The condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. The master bedroom is enormous. The other two bedrooms are smaller but fine. The kitchen was nicely equipped with coffee pot, dishes and utensils. Everything worked. The location is amazing. The view is awesome. The porch is huge. The management company was very responsive and flexible. I don't have even one minor complaint.
