Perfect property on the water with pristine views. Gorgeous beach for a stroll. Neighbors were very friendly and host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen/grocery and restaurants close by. We hated to leave. We will be back for certain. Thank you for letting us stay in this perfect property!

The location and the home were both beautiful; exactly what I was looking for. My first full day in Seattle was sunny (as it was for all of Thanksgiving week). It was so warm all week, and I was cooking, that there was no need during the day for the heat to be turned on and I had the windows open for fresh air and to cool it down. '
The property manager (who lives in the neighborhood) texted me and said she was out walking and noticed that I had the windows open and reminded me to turn off the heat when the windows were open. Oh, really?
I stayed in the upstairs apartment and there was a downstairs unit. The couple that rented the downstair unit arrived two days after me and the property manager/owner texted me three more times and showed up at the front door once to remind me to be quiet as the noise was "untenable" (her word) for the people staying below me. I was so worried about making too much noise, I was concerned about getting up early on Thanksgiving day to cook for my son and daughter-in-law, and my two grandsons.
My recommendation would be that if you are going to stay here, ensure that there will be no one staying below you during your stay, and if you are thinking of renting the downstairs unit, ensure that there will be no one staying above you.
I felt like a teenager left at home and being constantly checked on while my parents were away. I found it intrusive and felt imposed upon the whole time I was there. Not good.

I wanted to find a place that would give me a full scope of what i thought being in the Pacific Northwest would be like (being that this was the first time every being there)... i've been to many cities and thought staying downtown Seattle would be no different... found this place and what a pleasant surprise... beautiful, relaxing and just perfect... not only did this place exceed all expectations, the city of Seattle and the surrounding area is now one of the best places i've ever visited... can't wait to go again... 5-Star!

Great Place!!!! Perfect for any couple. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower, which is almost not existent. The place and location made up for it.

A really lovely spot in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect for a couple looking to get away for a few days. Everything is new and very well appointed. The host is very helpful. Grab a bottle of wine, hang out on the deck by the water and enjoy!!

The Vrbo was just as advertised. Perfect location. Well appointed. Convenient to all of the tourist spots in Seattle and around Puget Sound. Easy to find and get around with a rental car. We spent many days just relaxing on the deck in the cabana in the morning and evening, thanks for a lovely spot and a delightful stay.

The property is exactly as the pictures portray it! Lovely setting in a great little neighborhood right on the Puget Sound. The updated interior and decor are high end and relaxing. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly to my questions.

Nicely decorated and well appointed. Wonderful view of Puget Sound and, on clear days, Mt. Rainier. Loved the private deck and cabana. Friendly neighborhood located not far from the charming town of Bruien which offers ample dining and shopping. Quiet location although it's fairly close to SeaTac. Convenient to Seattle. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I came for our October break and I must say that I hope that this can be a yearly occurrence because the property the area is just absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for a more perfect week off and look forward to coming back in the future.!!

Charming, well laid out with everything you could want and high end finishes. Didn’t want to leave, but enjoyed how easy it was to get into the city, out to the great outdoors or just chill on the deck taking in amazing views. The place lives up to its online listing.

Fabulous condo with waterfront views and access
We had a great stay in the incredibly clean and well organized condo on the Sound. Their is a wonderful cabana where you can enjoy the sunshine and shade and even serve a light meal. The condo is spacious and well-equipped for all your needs including your morning cup of French Press coffee. Your host is easy to reach and responsive. The views inside and outside are stunning. You can even see Mount Rainer and meet some of the locals at the new Coffee shop within easy walking distance. We will definitely plan a return visit.

LOVED this Place
I loved this home inside and out. It was clean, well appointed, and offered spectacular views of Mt.Rainer and the Puget Sound. The open-kitchen was complete with limestone countertops and full-size , top of the line appliances. The huge loft, with a vaulted sawn cedar ceiling, made up the luxurious master suite. Generous counter space, including 2-separate vanities, and storage for clothing, toiletries, etc., completed the upstairs loft. I can't say enough about the king size bed in the master suite. It was love and first sleep. The Tempur-Pedic mattress, made such a lasting impression, I ordered the same one when I returned home. The cabana off of the carport was a nice bonus to boot. On our final night there it was the perfect setting for dinner and taking in the beautiful views of the water and sunset. Kathy, the owner, was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to provide games like Trivial Pursuit, Pictionary, Rummikub, Uno, deck of cards, etc., for guests to enjoy. Games are great, especially on vacation.

Amazing views, beautiful home, great amenities!
This home provided a wonderful getaway for us! The views of the sound were beautiful, and when the clouds lifted, Ranier appeared! Seeing Seals swimming by most days were a real treat! The neighbors were very nice and we enjoyed talking with them meeting their sweet dogs.
The home is very well equipped and the bed was very comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!

We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was absolutely stunning. The beach is literally right outside the front door and perfect for taking walks. The beach cabana was a fun place to play cards and have a glass of wine. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sound while sitting next to the fireplace when it was chilly in the evening. All the details were so well thought out. It was also easy to get food delivered when we wanted to stay in, and Burien has an array of every type of food you could want. Would love to stay here again!!!

The location was perfect for getting around Seattle and surrounding areas. The nearby store was well stocked for quick items and friendly staff. The feel of the property was like living on the water. The cabana was well stocked and provided pleasurable afternoons of relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed including vases for flowers we purchases. (We did leave 2 crab crackers behind because you have to eat king crab when in the area). Wonderful kitchen appliances. 2 bathroom sinks,. My wife but her makeup on in the big closet / bathroom and i used the one where the toilet was located. There was plenty of room for both of us in the same lg room as well. Finally, property manager Kathy is absolutely delightful and sincerely wants your s,yay to be perfect! We want to keep this property a secret and use it just for ourselves but that wouldn’t be fair! If you’re looking for a retreat right on the water for 2, this is the place!
