What a view! We loved sitting on the patio enjoying snacks and wine and watching the boats and ferries. Definitely recommend :)

The view from this location is fantastic! The unit was very well maintained and the owner has installed A/C with air purification. We stayed here after an Alaskan Cruise and had plans on seeing more of the Seattle area but didn't leave because of the peace and quiet and the VIEW. Dale had lots of brochures of things to do and places to eat in the unit as well. He is absolutely one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! I highly recommend staying here and if I get back in the area I will certainly stay again.

The view alone makes this worth it but home was nice as well, nice king bed. Needs to offer recycling bin. Highly recommended.

The view is amazing. Quiet

We come to visit family every couple of months. This is our second time staying here and it is our favorite. We’ll plan future visits around availability of this house. The view is incredible and the house is so clean and organized. One of the best maintained vacation rentals we have stayed at anywhere.

The unit was clean, well-appointed and beautifully furnished. The view of Puget Sound was gorgeous despite the cloudy, rainy weather during our stay. The chairlift helped my companion navigate the stairs down to the unit easily. The owner was immediately responsive to questions we had.

This property looked amazing online but even exceeded our high expectations. It was one of the cleanest, most welcoming VRBOs we have ever rented. Quiet, private and the view of the Sound and Olympic range was spectacular. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space.

Amazing views. Perfect sized vacation home.

Words do not do justice how spectacular this home is. The views are breathtaking. The home is spotless with every possible amenity. Kitchen is very well stocked, bed is super comfortable, and it’s an easy drive to/from the airport. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants galore and an easy drive to Seattle and surrounding areas. Dale, the owner, is extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions of activities to do while there. I really appreciated the binoculars! So much fun looking out into the sound for marine life. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when we come again. Highly recommend you stop scrolling and book it. You will not be disappointed.

This place is spectacular. Fantastic apt with everything you need. Dale was so hospitable and knowledgeable of the area. He was Extremely courteous and kind. Can’t wait for our next stay.

This property has a BEAUTIFUL view! There were stairs to get down to the rentals, and an automated lift was provided, which was very handy. I used it all the time. It’s in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. The rental was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

When we came down the steps to our unit for the first time, we were literally blown away by the view. The unit itself was very nice with a super comfortable bed, quality linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for us. It’s close to Seattle, SeaTac Airport, and our son who lives in Renton. Of all the great things we did during our week of vacation, sitting on the back porch and soaking up the sunset was by far our favorite. Thanks for helping us have a great trip, Dale and Ping. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed this stay. Views were incomparable. Easy to get to airport (just minutes away but never heard air traffic). And just a short drive to downtown Seattle. Burien is a darling town and the host checked in on us to make certain all was going well. Accommodations are well-appointed, clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

We reveled in the grand view of Puget Sound, enjoying it from both the patio and inside this well-appointed one-bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty (though without sidewalks) and the responsive owners clearly take pride in keeping a comfortable, high-end place for visitors. Here we had the best sleep of our four VRBO rentals while on our trip. After watching the sun set and retiring, we appreciated the quality bedding and the cool breeze -- and waking up to a beautiful view.

Spectacular views. Great neighborhood for exercise walks. Wonderful clean getaway. Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable! Our host could not have been more kind or more accommodating. He deserves MORE than 5 stars.

Just lovely. Clean, quiet, stunning view, everything you could want was provided. Owners very thoughtful. Owner came and reviewed TV, Fireplace, and was always helpful. Great parking, bed very comfortable, Lots of Seattle literature for planning adventures. We will definitely give this stay a 5 star rating and hope to be back soon.

Let me start off by saying that we have stayed here before and decided to stay again because it has a great view and is very nice. Unfortunately this time we checked in a hour past the check in time and upon entering the rental we noticed the garbage was full so we proceeded to check the rest of the unit and found that there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed still had dirty sheets from the previous renters. When I went to the door to ask about it I was told that you are responsible for doing the cleaning because they had no idea when the previous renters checked out and we were supposed to check in. They did come clean the unit while we were there which was very awkward considering we said we weree going to a hockey game soon snd would be gone for 4 hours. Just a very frustrating experience and quite unacceptable. We also found it unusual that they just blamed VRBO for not notifying them the prior guests had checked out. Regardless of the reason you'd expect they take responsibility for the mishap and not shift blame.

Super clean and modern decor. Barely heard footsteps from owners on the floor above. Outdoor table, grill, and lounge to watch the incredible sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect getaway for a couple!!! There seem to be 2 rental units on the lower floor - be sure you are opening the correct door because the code works for both doors. Small, clean bathroom with a shower and the soaking tub was in the laundry room. Appreciated having a full size kitchen and laundry but didn't stay long enough to use either. 15 min from the airport and easy drive to downtown to see the sites. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience here. Views are AMAZING and the unit itself is clean and comfortable and updated. We were a little confused checking in but managed to figure it out and Dale came to check on us right away, helping to clear everything up. We will definitely book here again!

My husband and I were going on a cruise to Alaska and decide to check out Seattle before. This property was great, I was working from home on the east coast so I’d wake up at 5am and watch sun rise each morning over the bay as I was working. Just, incredible. Not to mention the whales feeding right in front of us (which he provided very good binoculars to view). Dale was wonderful. The property is the 1st floor of Dale’s home, we honestly never heard them walking around at all. There’s 2 units one the 1st floor, bearly heard our neighbors either. The apartment is spacious, huge kitchen and living room, bed was very comfortable, great view of the water from the bedroom as well. I’d suggest bringing some bath salts for the large soaking tub. Apx 15 mins from airport 25 from downtown Seattle. Such a peaceful stay. Very clean and open. I’ll miss my mornings coffees from that patio. Thanks Dale!

Property was very clean and was accurate to listing. The property is accessible only via a long flight of stairs, and it would have been nice to know this as I have knee issues. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this location; it is in a quiet neighborhood, has an attractive kitchen, living space, and bedroom, and the part we appreciated the very most was an incredible view. Whether you are out on the porch, or inside looking out the windows, the view of the water, islands, ferries, and some wonderful sunsets was amazing! This is best for 1 or 2 people who want a quiet, renewing, experience in a beautiful area with much to explore.
