Great place to relax with the family and just unwind. The outdoor area was amazing and the inside has all the amenities (and more)! Good location were you are near enough to everything by bike or a short car ride but, not in the middle of everything.

Amy's house was the perfect vacation home for our family! Plenty of room, very clean, updated and the pool was my kid's favorite part. The adults really enjoyed the covered patio. My kids also enjoyed the air hockey table, boardgames and bikes. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to the beach, shops and Publix. Amy was the perfect host. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

My husband and I brought our 3 kiddos to stay here while visiting our oldest son and the air force base on spring break. The house was absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and designed around entertaining people of all ages. The pool was great coupled with the gorgeous covered gazebo in the back makes for a great outdoor space where the kiddos could play while we relaxed just laying around. We will definitely be staying here in this hidden gem when we come back to visit again!

The property was very clean. The interior was decorated very nicely. The pool is awesome and big! The host had nice toiletries and snacks and beverages. She was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us during our stay. Very short drive to the beach and grocery and restaurants are close by. We look forward to staying in this property again!

Our stay was so wonderful! We had everything we needed and more! The saltwater pool is fabulous! The house was very open and inviting. Everything was spotless! The host was very kind and responsive.

Very nice property, well laid out and we appreciated the extra effort the host went to with the little touches like kitchen snacks etc. Took the bikes out, enjoyed some time at the beach and in the pool. Outside areas were also very nicely done. Plenty to do locally. Amy was also an excellent host. We highly recommend staying here!

Walked in to the cleanest home. A bottle of wine waiting for us ! So nice and couldn’t believe the well stocked snacks and other food items. Also the Keurig coffee maker and tons of pods. Felt right at home at this property! Thanks so much for a delightful experience

House was amazing clean! Pool clean So much to do for the kids games, TV ,pool toys,bikes fishing poles. Found a broken umbrella replaced immediately😁!

We had an amazing week in this house. It is so beautiful. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It was so clean. There were so many extra touches that just made you feel like a pampered guest. Amy is wonderful to deal with and super accomodating. The outdoor area is so relaxing. I practically lived on the swing on the pergula. The neighborhood is very quiet. We never walked to the beach but it would certainly be possible with a light load. We drove to the Hightower Beach access and highly recommend that beach. Fun to watch the surfers. The beach was never what I could call crowded. So laid back. The house has pretty much everything you could need for a week. Very well stocked. Even a few staples in the cupboards. The only thing that I will mention that certainly does not affect our love of this property but might be nice to know is that all of the bedrooms are very bright as soon as the sun comes up so if you are a person who needs it very dark to sleep make sure you have sleep masks. We can not wait to come back and stay again.

The house was exactly as described and very cute, clean and comfortable! We had a short stay of 4 days and with the weather being cooler while we visited we didn't get to use all the amenities. The pool looked so inviting, but it was only in the 70s so not warm enough for us to swim. The house was easy to find and it is an easy area to get around. There are many great restaurants in the area and a grocery store close as well. The host was easy to reach and always responded quickly! The host left a very nice laid out book of things to do in the area, which we chose to do one that was recommended. We only had four of us stay at the home, but it definitely had room for 6 comfortably. The nice open layout is great and the large kitchen is also great! We did get to use a few of the outdoor games which was fun as well! We would definitely stay here again.

This place is just amazing. It’s everything you need while your away to make you feel at home. It’s decorations are very tasteful. Amy is the best host ever, the place was stocked with snacks, coffee bar, and so much more. Our three girls enjoyed the house so much. Their favorite part of the house was all of it but especially the patio with the pool and the games. We were able to leave them there for hours while having so relax adult time. I will definitely be coming back.
