Clean and family friendly place to stay. Pool light was not working, besides this minor thing its great place to stay

My husband and I booked the home to enjoy Universal Studios. Our local family from Tampa was also able to come enjoy the home with us. It was so easy to navigate the property and the amenities were wonderful. The lazy river is a must! Great location. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

Very good and clean. Had anything you might need. We were a family of seven and had no problems.

I got this place for my daughter's birthday with her and her family. They had the best time and stay here. Wonderful Hostess and area. Everything was communicated great and the place is like advertised. A must stay for anyone coming to the area.

The property was in a spot close to theme parks, restaurants, and local stores. Everything was clean and was as expected. We had 4 adults and 6 children ages 7-17 in our group. The kids stayed 3 to a room which was easy with the full size beds. Everyone had room to spread out. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. The living and kitchen area was spacious and allowed for family meals. Rachael was a great host. She checked with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend this rental.

The only 2 issues I had was the gate doesn’t work well when it is dark outside and no one answered when you hit the button for help. And the pool wasn’t cleaned until Wednesday. It was pretty dirty the first 3 days of our stay.

The place was so pretty and clean. Check in and out was so easy. We were check on throughout while we were there to make sure check in went well and to see if we needed anything. Everything is exactly like pictured. We felt like it was home away from home. We will be back shortly.

Home was very clean. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Pool was warm!! Could use a lounge chair out by the pool to lay & relax on. I would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was perfect and met all our needs. The pool was a great amenity. Rachel was very attentive and the check-in, check-out process was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

The home was beautiful. We actually spent most of our time there and did not visit the parks. Having all the amenities on site was so nice. The the kids especially appreciated having the toys to play with and the themed bedrooms. We all loved the throw blankets in the basket and are probably going to order some of the same kind for our own homes! We had plenty of space to spread out. The resort is so conveniently located - close to all the shopping, dining, and parks. It was great to have a designated parking spot and we loved that the trash was taken daily, as well. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Not a huge place, but plenty of room for four adults. Also a very quiet location, especially for a townhouse. Was very quiet!

The property was excellent, as was the location. It looked just like the photos, and was very clean, updated and well stocked. Only 10-15 minutes to Disney parks, 30 minutes to Universal. Grocery store, Target, Walmart, pharmacy, gas station all within 5 minutes. It was a huge bonus having the small private pool to take a dip in at the end of our long, hot days. The large community pool with slides/lazy river was also a hit with the kids. Communication/management could have been better. There was a glitch in the system and our welcome message was missing the necessary entrance codes. I alerted management & received a quick reply which was fantastic. However, I then received 3 different codes & never received a reply to my question about this. Thankfully 1 of the codes worked during check-in. There was one final question I had & never received a reply to that either. Lastly, a guest who was meeting us before spending the day together was denied entrance at the gate, even though she provided the correct info. After driving over to let her in, we were told this was because management forgot to list my name on the property for our stay.

Unit was very clean and spacious, lounge chairs by pool broken which kind of stunk for parents trying to watch littles, the on-site rec center / pool was severely over crowded & slides were closed.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children loved our stay at this townhouse! The location was perfect for our trips to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. We loved the great room/kitchen/ dining area with access to the private heated pool. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a great set up for our group with grandparents on the first floor and everyone else in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The furniture and decor was all so great and the holiday decorations were such a homey touch. We all loved our short trip and we didn't want it to end!!

When looking at rental properties in the Disney area, there are so many to choose from. We chose this property because of all the thoughtful details for those traveling with small children. We have 2 year old twins and really appreciated the included baby gates on the stairs, high chair, double Bob stroller, toys in the bedroom, fenced in pool area, and overall lack of clutter in the home. This home was also very clean and in a great location for access to all Disney has to offer. We would definitely stay here again on future trips!

The place looks just like the photos, everybody agreed that it was clean convenient and beautiful, easy to check in and out and well stocked, pool was great and host terrific and easy to get a hold of, just wish check out was an hour later but everything worked out alright. Would love to stay again.

This property was perfect for our family with two small children (ages 3 & 4). The location was very close to all of the parks, but far enough that it was crazy busy. The heated pool at the house was perfect for swimming in January. The house had 2 themed rooms that my daughters loved and each room had some toys for them to play with. Everything was clean and our host did a great job checking in on us throughout our stay! The Hide A Way Club on the property was perfect for our family. It has a heated pool, lazy river, splash pad area, water slides and more. The pizza and drinks were good and not super overpriced. There was a little park down the street from the house that was perfect for running out some energy! Overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely stay again!

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The house was clean and the pool was perfect! Rachel was so great and helpful! The house was walking distance to the club house with a great bar/restaurant and gym! And having the BOB was a huge plus!

This house was amazing, it was just the perfect size for my family to have plenty of space and still be cozy. We were amazed at the level of detail that the owners went to to make the house feel christmassy, they put lots of Christmas items including and amazing tree, pillows, blankets and other cool decor. There is a double stroller, and baby gates which were perfect for our toddler and baby. Rachel was responsive and tried to do whatever she could to help us both before and during our trip. We will be back! The proximity to all local attractions in Orlando and the amazing resort was all five star for us. Thanks for a great stay and merry Christmas :)

We had an amazing time staying here--I can't say enough great things about the home and the owner. She was responsive, always helpful, and has set the place up to meet all your needs. Highly recommend staying here with families.

Everything was perfect for our family with all the conveniences of home. Nearby groceries and restaurants we’re a bonus. Silent one day at Hideaway Park and kids had a blast. Water temperature in hazy river was frigid however.

We had a wonderful time in this clean and updated rental. It had toys and books for the kids and the heated pool was a hit after a crazy day at the parks. We had 5 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time at this rental. The house was nice, and clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with Rachel was excellent. The pool was warm. We went to the resort three separate times, and had a blast with the pool, slides, and lazy river.

This home was amazing. It’s updated, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The host, Rachel, went well above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for us. Her communication was impeccable. We found some of the beds/pillows to be quite uncomfortable and I mentioned it to her just as info for the future. She had mattress toppers and a bunch of different pillows delivered to the doorstep the very next day. While it didn’t necessarily solve the problem it was an incredible response to something we had just accepted as part of our stay. If we venture this way again we will be staying here again, without hesitation. Can’t recommend the property and the host enough. Thank you!

Rachel is very easy to get a hold of. We never needed to, but received daily acknowledgment that she was there if we needed her for ANYTHING! The drive to any of the Disney Resort Parks was super easy. And as she says in her post you are close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. There was so much room in this Townhouse, we felt so at home! Would definently stay here again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Everything is just as listed. We arrived and found the house very clean and well stocked. Bedrooms were large and very nice. Mattresses could be better, but they worked. Nice supply of baby items and the kids played with the toys provided all week. The house pool is big enough for a quick dip, and the resort pool makes for a perfect day of fun! Just a short walk away. Could use some lounge chairs in back for pool area. Would make sure to pick up paper items and trash bags as there are only a few of these provided. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing week! Will definitely stay again!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We had planned for 6 adults, but only 4 were able to go. Even for 4 adults this amazing property was still affordable and roomy enough for many more.

We had a great weekend getaway. Rachel was a attentive host and made every effort to see if we had questions or concerns. The home is beautiful and the baby and children’s items available were a huge benefit. We would definitely stay again.
