Very pleasant getaway for NYE. Had an amazing time by myself. Easy check-in and front desk staff were very friendly. 24/7 coffee and tea were a bonus and hotel close to many attractions.

Location hard to find on GPS No closet space in rooms, no microwave in room, had to go to hotel lobby to warm food Hotel very noisy at night, could hear other guests and dogs barking throughout night

I really liked almost everything. For New Year's Eve doing the count down at Tru was so much fun with family and other guests. Lobby area is wonderful.

The breakfast was ok. I wished the pancake station was not out of service. My only other issue was there was no hot water at 11am for a shower.

How clean it was.

The clientel was loud and threw trash on the carpets.

They only clean rooms every other day. Unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned for four days even after talking to the front desk, maids and maid supervisor

New building so everything is brand new inside as well. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff is friendly.

Fire alarm went off at midnight, for the entire building. Not sure what the issue was but we returned to our rooms 10 minutes later. Since the building is pretty new, Google Maps isn't very precise locating it (when selecting directions from Booking.com) Booking also states there's no parking available which is not true. There's a full lot.

Maids never came to our room out of the 4 days we were there we never put up a do not disturb sign and were always gone to our events we were there for before the maids made their rounds

Great room and facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I especially liked the wooden floors instead of the commonly seen rugs. The beds were great and clean. The breakfast was good, and the hotel offered great overall facilities. I will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, comfortable and a great location.

Seems like they have challenges with late night parties. Some guests don’t respect others and are loud late into the early am. The hotel is great otherwise.

The hotel was very clean The atmosphere is fresh and exciting.. The workers are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The friendliness of the staff and atmosphere made the guess friendly with each other. Everyone was speaking to each other with a smile. Felt like family.

There are no microwaves in the rooms. The hotel is hidden and nothing in walking distance.

Loved this hotel chain. Practical, clean, had all I needed for my work trip- lots of space to work in common areas, friendly staff and loved the option of coffee 24 hours and the snacks
