Location

I liked that the property was nonsmoking. There was a good continental breakfast included with the stay that had hot options such as eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles besides cold options. I liked how there was a microwave and refrigerator inside the room.

Even though it appeared to be clean, there were some small details that was overlooked. The guest book on the desk telling about the hotel, map etc was very grimey. The fitted sheet on one bed was ripped. There was some dirt or stains on the sheer curtain over by the window,wall and lampshade. The non skid mat in the shower was bumping and awkward to stand on. The shower door didn’t close properly.

Everything was fine but problems with the room keys opening the door was confusing and inconvenient.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hotel location was close to shopping, nursing homes, and hospitals. The hotel common area was very clean.

The shower door should have a gasket to help seal the door for showers. In order for us to take showers, we had to have a wash cloth wedged in at the top and use the extra bath towel to help stop the water from flooding the floor. Breakfast was OK. One morning, regular eggs were served, but they were cold even tho they were in the tray with steam.

No in room coffee maker, but no big deal as coffee was ready early a.m. down the hall in the lobby. I was in room 114, and the refrigerator made an annoying noise. Not loud, but annoying when one trying to sleep.

There is nothing around it. Have to Lyft to get anywhere because the only thing around is Cracker Barrel and that didn’t even look open.

looked a little worn down. I called the hotel at 8pm saying we wouldn’t get there until 3:30am. they said they would keep our room. that was not the case. the guy working had to find a room and change the sheets. I don’t know if he cleaned the bathroom but did give us clean towels. the shower had used soap. I appreciate him going above and beyond but should have been avoided if they checked us in before midnight and saved our room. got in the room at 4:30 and only 2 hours of sleep.

It was a nice location right next to the freeway, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Our room was clean and organized when we first arrived. The wifi connection was decent.

The hotel was renovating while we were there, so there were tools and materials everywhere. The carpet was being replaced so all the doorframes had an exposed tack strip right outside the door. During our stay there was lots of noise from the work. At one point one of the workers opened our door with us in the room and asked us to keep it propped open while they worked to install the carpet right out front. It would have been nice if the hotel would put us on a floor with no construction since we were asked what floor we preferred on arrival.

It was good but they could have more of the food so people did have to wait for food The rooms were good the hotel was near that you could go and have to eat and there wwere shopping places thar you did have to go far to shop
