El lugar esta hermoso, todo el personal es muy atento y respetuoso. La habitación limpia y ordenada, la cama súper cómoda y tranquila, perfecto para descansar. Ubicación exelente.

Amazing boutique hotel in the center of Polanco. The best stores in Mexico city within walking distance.

No air conditioning in the rooms. A bit poor breakfast.

I LOVE the attention and treatment given to my by the staff at UTOPIC. The customer service provided by Diana and Jimena was out of this world they made me feel at home. I will always be thankful for their special attention. God bless them!!! 🔠

La decoración es fabulosa, me encantó la habitación que nos asignaron.

Cuando nos registramos la recepcionista nos dijo que teníamos una botella de vino en cortesía, después nos dijo que ya no tenía. Podría funcionar un desayuno más completo.

Ubicacion extraordinaria

Muchisimos ruidos en el cuarto, al ser una casa vieja acondicionada para hotel Boutique, se escuchan todos los ruidos que se hacen en las habitaciones contiguas o bien en la planta alta. No tiene Aire Acondicionado. El personal encargado en el turno de la noche, muy grosero, sin conocimiento de sus funciones, era un velador en la recepcion.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. the main part of the hotel had some very interesting art and decor. the security staff were first class.

apart from the security staff we barely saw anyone else so we felt a little abandoned. The room was great, however it would benefit from a full length mirror. Breakfast was very basic.

Charming place

Lack of heating and air conditioning. Fortunately the temperatures were not very high (mid-upper 70 ties), still, we needed to open the windows which created a noise problem until early mornings on weekends from the nearby disco. I wonder how they will heat the place in the winter.

The location is excellent, the small sit out area was perfect for an evening drink.

Everyone was very accommodating. The concierge went above and beyond to help celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We enjoyed every minute.
