Exhaust property. We'll maintained. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Everything you need for your stay available (chairs, tubes, paddle board....) Things that were beyond what we needed. TVs everywhere, even outside, yard games... Fully stocked kitchen, laundry. There aren't really bad locations with town being so small but my kids loved being on the park. We would definitely rent this property again.

This place was so cozy and welcoming—a great place to land after exploring Cape Charles every day, especially with the park right next door. Owners were pleasant and prompt with communication, and everything was right where we needed it. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location and property - we look forward to a return trip!

We have been to Cape Charles a few times, and really liked the location of this property. RIGHT next to the park, and only a few blocks from the beach and all the shops. It was a very quiet street with a small alley right next to the house. Inside had everything we could need or want, from coffee maker, new appliances and comfortable furniture. The backyard was very well equipped as well and was a great hang out spot. The best part was the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach trips (excellent water pressure inside and outside). The host was amazing and extremely attentive and communication could not have been better. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would recommend to anyone.

Our family had a great stay at Parkside! The house has all the amenities that you need for a beach trip with your family- comfy beds, great outdoor shower, plenty of beach toys and strong air-conditioning. We've stayed in many locations around Cape Chuck but this house was arguably in the best location of all. The close proximity to the lovely park was really wonderful. Plus it's only a 2 minute (charming) walk to the main hub of the town. Great house!

Adorable house just a short walk to the beach or local restaurants. It is located right on the park which my kids absolutely loved. There was no shortage of fun things to do! House was super clean and fully equipped, shed had beach toys amd games and an outdoor tv! Perfect place tk stay with your littles!

This place is amazing! First time at Cape Charles and this house was at the center of it all! 2 blocks to the beach, park for the kiddos right next door and a short walk to all the shops. Amanda was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed and that our experience was perfect. We will certainly be back and rent this same property as it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed the weekend with some friends and absolutely enjoyed our time! The place is beautiful, and location can't be beat...definitely rent the golf-cart. Excellent communication, which is a huge thing for me. Highly recommend!!

Cape Charles is great for children of all ages! Easy walk to the beach and to fun shops and restaurants. Very quiet although right in the heart of CC and the park. We had a lot of fun riding our bikes, splashing in the waves, walking the pier and playing darts back at home. The house has most of everything you need to make for a fun stay from beach toys and balls to dinnerware and coffee maker. All of it is brand new in 2022. We didn’t rent the golf cart but that’s a great way to avoid getting sand in your car. We just walked but the cart can be a fun way to bring beach chairs, umbrella, toys etc—all on site.

One of the best locations in town. Right next to the city park with a great outdoor set up for entertaining.

My family and I rented the Northside for a 4 day long weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! The house is charming, nicely decorated, and lots of hidden touches including beach chairs for the kids, and even toys, puzzles, everything you could think of or want. The location can’t be beat! Definitely rent the golf cart. We had one small issue with the AC but Amanda responded promptly and the issue was fixed. Would highly recommend. It’s a gem of a place. We will be back next year!

This was a perfect house for our family of five. The owners stocked the house and shed with everything we needed for a week at the beach with little kids. We loved the location next to the park and listening to the Saturday evening concert from the porch was an added bonus. The owners were extremely responsive and checked in multiple times.

We absolutely loved this house/duplex! It was so clean and comfortable. It is located right next to the park and we really enjoyed the back patio. The golf cart was extremely fun and convenient. The owners are also very easy to work with and super friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Great location in Cape Charles. Easily walkable with kids to Main Street and beach. Centrally located with park next door. Host was very responsive. Property was clean and updated. Golf cart rental option is a plus! We will be back. Perfect for our family of 5
