The place is acceptable, but the price seems disproportionately high for its value and far from the city center.

Good location. Many historical sites and great restaurants are within a 20-30 minute walk. Very nice room with a balcony and a nice view of greenery.
Note: when we were there in July, there was loud music (from a local bar / event space, not from other residents) from about 10 p.m. - 2 a.m. We could hear it through the closed doors. If you're a light sleeper, bring headphones or ear plugs...
Also, this is stated in the ad, but I want to emphasize that there are no appliances (no fridge or microwave), which is unfortunate. Also, a little table on the balcony would be nice.
