Staff were exceptionally friendly. They came to the room to help with everything. Impossible to get Uber or Ola but their security guard was very helpful calling for auto. Food at the restaurant was great and friendly service. Very polite.

They were shocking. They did not honour my Booking and didn't have any consideration as I had arrived late into the night with a confirmed booking. They had apparently on-sold the booking to some other guests and they declined offering accommodation and were not helpful at all. The staff and managers were not at all supportive in spite of being late in the night with alternative accommodation hard to find at that time.

Rooms are good and spacious
Though check out time was 12.00,v were called up repeatedly reminding us of check out one hour earlier two to three times.Though v had an evening flight,v left the property.

The stay was overall satisfactory. Food was good. Location was fine. Staff was friendly. Rooms were fine. Good value for money.
It would be great if the staff could do something about the mosquitoes in the restaurant. Nothing was done in spite of raising the issue. That was the only unpleasant part.

Restaurant food is great- both South amd North India are equally good.
Staff is very warm and courteous
Very Good location if you are traveling by bus. Station is also not very far off.
Check out time is 10 am, which was slightly early for us.

Nice place to stay rooms are pretty spacious and even food taste is superb. I find hotel charges are pretty decent even there food quality is also good quantity wise ppl may get disappointed but every penny is worthy
