Staff were super nice and attentive! Great location for both Rhodes town and Rhodes old town

The booking stated the room would come with tea, coffee, slippers and bath robe but none of these were in the room. There was a sign in the room to state an extra charge was required for tea and coffee. One of the days we returned to the room after it was ‘cleaned’ to find around 30 ants beside the bed (pictured) Due to level of cleanliness and lack of room amenities this hotel should be 3-star.

Breakfast was fine. Good choice of food. Location good as a bit away from the busy parts.

Not happy with my stay 😕 I wasn't comfortable the room are very small

The bed wasn't a double bed it was two single beds together the room and the bathroom is very small I wouldn't stay there again.

We ordered for 3 single beds and got just 1 single bed and a kingside bed. Deposit for beach towels is terrible Breakfast was not special At night so much noise

the welcome from the Night staff on the desk was amazing! we were only there for 1 night as we were going to Symi, and the gentleman that checked us in was from there and his passion for the island made us know we had picked a great holiday destination,he was very very helpful indeed. The staff in the breakfast room were great also, very helpful.

Location and how keen was Mrs. Phedra (receptionist) to help us after we informed her about the issues we had with the room

the room on our arrival was extremely dirty, we were given a different room that was also dirty. cats living in the lobby.

We liked the location, close to beach and 10 min to walk to old town. The hotel is nice, reception and bar look awsome. There is live band which sings 2-3 nights per week. We liked that housekeeping cleaned the room every day and they changed towels and bed sheets also. That we appreciate. Breakfast is same every day, but there are pleanty of choices, they have everything. We especially liked croisants with butter and gem, small pancakes with honey and york egg , feta, olives, bacon and fresh vegetables.

It is dust in the rooms, on the lamp. We could see the mold on the Air conditioning. Bathroom is very small, even for me as a women was not possible to wash my face without spilled water on the floor. From breakfast we did not liked the juices as were not fresh. As a 4* hotel we expected better quality on this.

Best thing - good location, central, but not in a noisy street, so you can reach everything easily and have a good night sleep too! Staff is amazing - really nice and helpful. Breakfast is also quite good.

I kinda would expect to have different shower and hair products, not "one fits all". Also, a bit more healthier choices for breakfast, more different veggies & proteins would be great!
