I liked the room, facilities and especially staff. Room was big and cozy, facilities were easily accessible. Exceptional WIFI speed.

they will charge you extra for cleaning service, but will never clean your room, just after checkout. they have your credit card information and you will be surprised. We didn’t get an invoice or receipt. moreover, we did not received any instruction regarding check in process after booking. we tried to contact property via message and phone more than hour. if you plan to check in late evening you will not receive any support.

Location was good. Close to shops. Close to public buses. Close distance to the sea. Room was basic but good size with comfortable bed.

Bathroom a bit small. A bit noisy street outside, if you want to keep your window open.

Check-in was at 3pm, but despite our arrival on time, we only could check in our room at 7pm, which is FOUR HOURS later than it must be. They offered us another room to stay at first, but then they just knocked and said another guest arrived to that room and we have to leave??? What kind of service was that? After it they told us to go for a walk, which we did because we were so confused about that situation; we came back one hour later and they kept saying your room will be ready in 10-15 minutes for another hour, while they kindly offered us to stay in their “room”, which is basically the room under construction with plastic table and lots of alcoholic beverages (bonus: see a photo) It was my first time when hotel stuff offered me to drink vodka…Stuff was acting kind, but still very disrespectful; they weren’t sorry for discomfort they caused us at all. Room was clean, however no one ever went cleaning (we stayed for a week) or change our towels. The view was disgusting, while hotel claims that it has best sea views. Moreover, administration were entering our room without warning, which is strong no no for us - we will never go back or recommend this place to anybody. Very much disappointed ;(
