My trip was so wonderful, I had the best time and I enjoyed the property so much. It was in a convenient location to all of the amenities that were offered and to the parking garage. The master bedroom was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable for the perfect nights sleep. The beach was a short walk and had private access. After the beach it was nice to come back and use one of the many pools to end the day.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Kerstin was great about communicating with us and was very helpful. Great location, very short walk to the private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great

I came for spring break with my boyfriend and stayed here. We really enjoyed the room and the resort. It was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I recommend if coming in March bring some light jackets as at night it did get pretty cool while we were there. I recommend going to Sharkys which was about a 20 minute drive in traffic and the Wharf seafood buffet. The Wharf was pricey if you don’t like seafood but the steak and crab legs made it worth it for us. Kerstin, our host was great! Overall I think this was a great place to stay and a good price.

The property we rented, “Just Chillin It” was beautiful. The owner went over and above to think of her guests needs. The property was very secure. Every staff person and guest was very pleasant.

ILove PCB and visit often. We chose to stay at Laketown Warf this trip and Kerstin was AMAZING!! She made sure we were taken care of, great communication when I had any questions about things at resort, she had answers and solutions ASAP. The many pools are so nice and having great food and drinks just a few floors down was perfect. We went to Lulu’s ( also attached) for anniversary dinner and they made us feel like Royalty along with great food and drinks. PINEAPPLE WILLY’S is across the street and personally MY #1. Also the beds are so comfortable, the condo has everything you need and than some. The beach chairs and toys with wagon avail is priceless for families with kids as well. Do NOT forget to do the sea screamer if possible . Thank you so much for a GREAT experience. We will be back for sure 2025( if not before) . 😁

Unit was clean, check in was seamless. Pictures don’t do it justice…much bigger than expected!! Kerstin was more than accommodating!! Checked in on us to see if we needed anything!

It is your average older condo. The parking deck is only connected at the ground floor and by a set of stairs to the 4th floor. We have a group of 6 and required the sleeper sofa. They did not have any sheets for it. When asked for sheets they wanted us to make due without them. There was a cover on it that had collected months of crumbs. There was also a tiny bed in the ottoman that had a dirty sheet as well. They counted throws as comforters for the sleeper sofa. There is a blanket in a box with the bunk beds that looked dirty it may just be important to clean. Every couch cushion is covered in fluid stains that were previously "cleaned". There is no curtain for the balcony window. They cancelled our reservation for wanting sheets and told us to be out by 10. At least they let us sleep first.

That was our first time staying at Laketown wharf, but probably not the last one. The condo was nice and comfortable. There are 3 kids beach chairs, an umbrella and rolling cart that can convert into chair-perfect for the beach. There are 2 full bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen and 1.5 bedrooms 😁. We didn't have any problems with elevators, didn't have to wait at all. There are 5 pools and we enjoyed them all, convenient covered parking and lots of shops and restaurants around at walking distance.

The owner of the condo is awesome and the condo is perfect we had great communication with her whenever we needed to talk with her she's the best .

We loved the location and the room, our only complaint is the parking and the elevators. We had to wait 30min to get our stuff down an elevator when leaving. As far as parking, the garage down by 303 is cracking and making noises. I don’t trust it. We ended up parking on the opposite end and having to walk all the way down to our room

Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay, I I just wish I known about $85 for parking and wristband at check in. Maybe it was in the fine print🤷🏿‍♂️

Convenient to alot of areas you would like to visit

Had a great time in PCB! Owners were very great about communication during our stay. Place was clean and close to lots of activies for the kids. Pools were great. I would stay here again. I will say depending on which week you choose there ?maybe lots of college kids in PCB, so if you are grumpy or do not like people having fun around you stay away from PCB during college spring break! And choose a different time to vacation!

We had a great time!

The place was amazing. It is within walking distance of bars, stores, and the beach. Everything that you would need is there from utensils and plates to a washer and dryer. It was a great spring break and the stay here made it that much better.

The host did a great job explaining everything and was quick to respond. The condo was also pretty nice , and comfortable. Great location. I will definitely come again .

The property was great place the pools and very close to the beach over all was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We arrived several hours early, and we were able to check in and use the pool (that was awesome bc we have 4 kiddos ranging from 7 to 15). When I had the chance, I messaged the owner. She responded very quickly and let me know the cleaners had already left and she gave us the code to the condo early! The condo was very clean, and the location was good. We enjoyed the view...pretty sure I saw an alligator in the lake! It was also a very short walk to the beach. We have zero complaints, and hope to visit again!!

The condo was great, very clean and organized. Within walking distance to anything that we wanted to do. Kerstin was very responsive with us when we needed anything.

We have stayed in pcb alot and this property is the best condo we have stayed in and Kerstin was the best kept in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed I would give her a 10 star if I could .
