Very nice house in a good location. Had a great time. I wanted to enjoy the back patio but had deadbolt and couldn’t access. Other than that nice place!

We had a swim meet at LSU and this was a great location and property.

My brother-in-law and I stayed here during a weeklong intensive class at JSBC. It was phenomenal! The house was very clean and very neatly prepared for our arrival. There are some one-way streets to contend with, and that takes some getting used to and familiarizing yourself with, but other than that, no complaints at all.

Property was EXACTLY as described-pics, descriptions, everything. Very well maintained. We needed absolutely nothing! When we come back to visit family or maybe a football game, this is where we will stay. Geaux Tigers!

This is a very cute rental. We were able to walk to farmers market and the grocery store very easily. Highly recommended.

Royal of Beauregard is a thoughtfully appointed retreat. The older home has been beautifully updated and the hosts offer ample towels, toiletries, cookware, and dishes. We enjoyed the back porch which looks out over a pretty flower and vegetable garden where we watched squirrels, birds, and butterflies. We were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to many activities. We hope to stay here again.

This place really fit the bill. I wanted to be close to downtown for the weekend and was able to walk most everywhere I needed to go.
The house is in a very nice area and was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating

Beautiful place right downtown Baton Rouge. The house was quiet and very clean. I would definitely rent again. Great place if your going to LSU for anything. Plenty to do. The kitchen and bathroom was so big and very high quality. Neighbors were nice. Everything was so close.

This is a very clean and cool property. It was very quiet and just about a 5 minute drive to the LSU campus. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all one could need. Appliances are all up to date. No complaints. We will stay here again.

We had a 10 day trip throughout Louisiana and this hime was perfect stop in Baton Rouge. We were so impressed with the city and the home. The decor was great and the back yard was perfect! Excellent hosts with great communication. My husband loved the huge TV with local channels. I would reccommend this home to everyone!

OMG! I rented the home for the day before and the day of my wedding. The girls and I absolutely LOVED IT! We had more than enough room to get prepared before the wedding. Had I known it was gonna be so comfortable and peaceful, I would’ve rented a couple extra days for a nice peaceful short honeymoon ❤️ The host were fabulous also. They were extremely easy to communicate with. They responded to every question I had immediately through out the whole process.

Beautiful and comfortable home in quiet downtown neighborhood. The property was exactly as described and pictured on the website. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved our 2 days bringing in 2023 in Baton Rouge in this beautiful cottage. The house is pretty, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and along the levee. Our hosts gave some great suggestions for restaurants (my meal at Elsie’s Plate and Pie was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten) and responded quickly to all messages. I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the home for two nights. We walked to a downtown concert and to multiple downtown restaurants. Perfect location for events at Raisin Cane Center.

This home was one of the best we've ever stayed in, and our first time using VRBO. We're completely happy with the comfortable beds, the kitchen that had everything we needed, a huge comfy couch and big screen TV plus a dining room. We were so content with our choice when we opened the front door - and would like to return in the new year. Thank you Glenda and Tim.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Very comfy beds, huge kitchen, lots of coffee for us cafe fanatics, well lit bathroom, ample of everything we needed. Tim and Glenda were very accommodating , much appreciated, thank you! We're already planning another stay for next year.
