The Key pickup and drop off was a bit inconvenient but it worked out OK. Otherwise, the property is nice, very clean and convenient to everything!

Loved the location, great walking distance from where we wanted to be. Clean, comfortable beds, would have been nice to have a TV in the main room, but property was just as advertised. Happy with the value and would stay again

We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding with another couple. The apartment was spacious and fully stocked. It was actually a lot cozier than the photos made it look as well. The whole place is completely stocked, which is really helpful (all the kitchen gadgets - toaster, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, pans, etc - , dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towel, dish cloths/towels, basic cooking oils and spices, toilet paper, bath towels, body wash & shampoo, hair dryer, extra bedding and blankets, laundry tablets…you name it!) The location is perfect for getting around downtown as well. It’s super close to shopping, along with neighbourhoods like Yaletown and Gastown. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The building itself is very secure, needing fob access to enter, go up the elevator, etc. which made us feel nice and safe being downtown. Having the parking spot was handy too. Dealing with Jan was excellent - he responded very quickly and was accommodating when we requested early check in and late check out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness is because there were a few little things missed in one of the bathrooms, but it was overall very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

The property manager Jan was welcoming, responsive and super helpful. The swimming pool wasn't open due to covid so that is something to know if you are wanting that amenity. However the Vancouver Aquatic center is so close by. This property is highly recommended. We stayed there with our family of 4 and it was a perfect set up and space. We'd definitely will book again.

I rented the property with my family of 4. It is a fantastic little gem, very close to all the markets and big shopping around. Couldn't get better as pretty much everything is walking distance. The host was warm and very nice and responded promptly as required. I would definitely recommend the property.!!!
