We were here for 5 days for my son’s wedding. It was nice to have the back yard to hang out with family and the kids could swim when they wanted.

It was awesome. My wife had a chance to spend time with her father and mother and sisters. She haven't scene in a while so it was a blessing for all of us. Beautiful place wood. Stay again.

This property needs lots of updates and love. It could use a deep ceiling to floor cleaning. The outside needs some love also. Dishwasher didn’t work, stove was ok, washing machine is wearing out. Great location and property just needs some TLC. Mosquitoes were awful I’m covered in bites. I left bug spray and a candle for the next guests.

Clean and great setup

We really enjoyed the location. Very close access to Dania and Hollywood beaches, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet and great for walking. A marina was close by to walk to and look at some very nice yachts! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. The back yard was beautiful! Plan to book for next year.

It does seem to be getting a little dated though. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, several supplies (Wash cloths, towels, pool towels) were either missing or ripped with several spots on them.

The property is well located and very close to the Ft Lauderdale Airport which is what we needed in a property since we had an early morning flight out. The home was comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The pool was not needed by our group but would be very nice if you are traveling with children. There are only a few constructive suggestions I would make to the property owner. One would be to have small soap and shampoo starters available in the bathrooms. There was none provided and while not a huge issue, it would have been nice since we did not travel with any. The other is to have TV instructions near all the TV's and be sure all the remotes are working properly with batteries. One ceiling fan did not work in the main area, The cable service provided is basic cable without any live network coverage. Be prepared to stream from your mobile device through Roku if you want to catch a ballgame or any other desired programming. Other than those two small issues, the property was clean, comfortable and met our needs nicely,

Location was great, close to Dania Beach and Dania Pointe has great outdoor shopping and eating areas. It’s also 30 min from Miami, nice day trip. The kids loved swimming more than the beach, other than iguana poop was by the pool everyday. There are no pool toys, if you have kids. The property manager was responsive about the poop and was going to come out and clean it, but we cleaned it up ourself the whole week. The dish washer does have an issue w the latch. We were happy to have 3 sleeper couches in the common areas and the kids had fun sleeping out there than in the rooms. Overall great location and large enough for 2 families and our parents.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami. We got to enjoy all three. This home had everything we needed for our stay and it was very comfortable. Loved the outdoor pool and our son really liked having a basketball hoop in the backyard. 10/10 would stay again!!

The cleaners must have used to much product. The rooms were well appointed and there was plenty of towels for the bath and pool. Master bath had great shower pressure but the guest bath did not, that should be looked into. It would be nice if there were more dishtowels, they only had one. Kitchen sink is quirky and tends to drip if you don't shut it off just right, but kitchen was well appointed and a nice size. Kitchen table was great for all to gather and eat. The appliances were great except for the dishwasher that the hinges seem to be broken on. A recycling can is needed in the kitchen. This would help with keeping the trash down. The outside trash was full and the recycling was empty. We made our own recycling bin inside with a box. The beds were comfy, but be careful of the bed frames they stick out and you hit your shins on them. Our biggest issue was the front foor. Our dog was able to unlock it and it easily pops open. Our dog got out, but luckily, we retrieved him quickly with out incident. After that we put a chair in front of the door. Keep in mind toddlers could easily go out the front door. The living room was nicely appointed for all of us to gather and watch tv. The pool was very nice. But 3 lounges were broken so only one lounge. I recommend bringing pool floats. The dog loved the yard it was clean and secure. The location is great. Close to beach and airport. We loved watching the planes fly while chilling at the pool.

The home's location is great for a family. We enjoyed the private pool and we were only 5 minutes from the beach which is also family friendly! The pool yard needs some serious TLC though. The home furnishings were as posted and very comfortable. The check in process was easy, however, the home was still being cleaned upon our arrival at the given check in time. We patiently waited for them to finish however it took another 45 minutes and the floors were not properly cleaned. (My grand children's feet were black within minutes of walking around). We also were disappointed that there were signs in each bathroom stating sensitive plumbing issues, and if a plumber needs called the fee would be our responsibility. I e-mailed a couple of questions after making my reservation and never got a response. My e-mails were not answered and there was no communication from the host prior to 3 days from being given my check in instructions. Overall we had a very relaxing week. We felt comfortable and secure as we got to enjoy the Florida sun!

The property is located in a great area and close to all amenities. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the beautiful backyard and pool. It was a great escape from Canada's cold winter months!

The property is very accurately described. We really enjoyed the pool, but the beach was only 5 minutes away for those that enjoy that. The property has everything you need to have a nice relaxing time with plenty of room for everyone to have their individual space.

Nice, clean well stocked home. Pool heated perfectly. Immediate response from owner on concerns. Backyard fence and pool area need a little TLC. But overall very pretty. A bit of noise from airplanes but you get used to it. Otherwise nice and quiet neighborhood.

This is truly a hidden gem

We were excited to stay in this beautifully describe house with our two kids and dogs for the holidays upon arriving we found a spotless house, beautiful yard and ample supplies, including a well-stocked kitchen. The house was quiet, clean, and checked every box on our wish list. In a quiet, residential neighborhood, with a great backyard and pool, this wound up being the perfect house for our two weeks away. The location is right between the beaches of Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, and provided numerous opportunities for both activities and dining with our children.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much everything that's shown on the site is very accurate. It was enough room to occupied everyone and the cleanliness was on point. The day we left my granddaughter forgot her wallet and we were way to far to turn around. I called the host and explained the situation they located her wallet with everything still inside not only they located it they shipped it back to us at their expense. I would recommend this host to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank u for everything the Buffalo family
