Quiet, family oriented, beautiful docks, clean property. Swimming pools were great. Furniture is newer, plenty of kitchenware, plenty of towels and wash cloths, great view. AC worked great, washer and dryer done their jobs. Beds slept great. Balcony was nice. Quiet at bedtime.

Floors weren’t very clean, babies feet and knees were black after an hour of crawling around, a peanut found in bedroom floor and trash under sofa, had an older home odor. No elevator. Shoes, cup and old used bar of soap outside door when we arrived.

Sea Oats itself is a very nice and peaceful place. Beach access is great access to boating and fishing is exceptional. The property is very well maintained and quiet no loud noise.

The room E106 is poorly maintained. It had obviously been neglected for sometime. I informed the manager immediately and no action was taken seemed to be one problem after another with no one willing to resolve the issues. I was informed I’d be receiving a partial refund but we’ll see.

The location was great, easy check in and check out access, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious.

Just the stairs wish it had an elevator or ramp to make it easier for older people and carrying your luggage

We loved the location, very close to both sides of water plus a very large pool. Apartment was very spacious and had all utensils an etc needed.

Saw a few full grown roaches with eggs in the kitchen, The pool leaves blue marks on you when in there, an the kiddie pool leaves white on you.

Location was good, plenty of room.

Very dated, overall clean but when I moved bedside table to plug in my cpap machine there were used tissues underneath. Some of the window blinds were broken.

Very clean, air conditioning was great. Loved the location. Lots of room. Would absolutely stay again.

Unit was older so things were gently used..coffee pot didn't really heat, fan in master was wobbly. Definitely minor inconveniences.
